This small pad looks wonderful, they took under consideration it was next to the house and had to do extra work to make it work.they left the yard very clean. We have a lot of water drainage issues and tree cover which has left us with a mud pit yard. Our patio was small and desperately needed to be extended. I found Ramos Concrete through a google search among other companies that appeared. I completed the online request for a quote and had a response from Mike within a day. Within a couple days he was out at our house doing an inspection, while the other companies I contacted either didn't respond or told me not interested. Mike was on time, friendly and listened to the issues we were trying to resolve, and there were several. He treated each one with detail and diligence and communicated his thoughts and plans for how Ramos can correct them. In fact, throughout this entire process, Mike maintained communication. Ramos themselves can out to finalize the plans and were very pleasant and supportive of our concerns and what we were hoping to do. They scheduled the work and explained to us what to expect. On the day of, the crew arrived early and got down to it. They were careful of the property, ours and the neighbors. Humberto cleared where the two retaining walls were to go and graded the back yard for sod. Andria directed the crews and at times jumped in to assist. At all times, both Humberto and Andria were accessible and responsive to our questions. Great customer service. By the end of the second day, the concrete on the front porch was poured, along with the slab under the deck. The work on the retaining walls could begin. Andria kept a watchful eye on the progress on the walls, ensuring quality was adhered to. Within 2 weeks both walls were finished and the crew returned to pour the sidewalks and a portion of the driveway. Efficient, timely and professional. We are thrilled with the results. Highly Recommend Ramos Concrete.
