Prime Pest is a professional company and it is always a pleasure to work with them, from customer service to the technicians who come out. We have used Prime Pest for our two homes for many years and could not recommend them any higher. They are top of the line!
Terrible Experience with Unfinished Job and Poor Customer Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this spray company. They came to my house to treat it but never finished the job. Despite this, They didn’t treat the house properly, and I was left with spiders everywhere. When I called them to come back and finish the job, they told me to call another company because I hadn’t paid for their unfinished work.
The customer service was abysmal, and they were clearly unprepared for the job. The worker called me from the site, saying she couldn’t finish removing the spiders because they didn’t have a pole long enough to reach the spider webs. My house is only 20 feet tall at its highest point, which shouldn’t be an issue for a professional company.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of preparation, poor service, and refusal to complete the job is unacceptable.

I have been using Prime Pest Solutions for the past 7 years and recommend their service highly. They provide reliable, professional service. Andy is my technician and he tailored service to my needs. He does an excellent job. I have nothing but good things to say about Prime Pest Solutions.

I’ve been using Prime Pest for 14 years in a few different homes. They have always been fantastic and go above and beyond, trying different methods to ensure there aren’t bugs in my home. I recommend them - and Mr. Cross is our personal go-to!

Prime Pest Solutions is a professional company. Andy came out to my house, and was very informative regarding the bugs we have. He was thorough and gave me advice as to how to keep bugs at bay during months in between treatment. He put my mind at ease knowing what to do if bit and how to find the spiders in the shrubs. I will ask for Andy to do all of my treatments. He makes me very confident in the company. I will refer your company to my friends and family.

Excellent Service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been Prime Pest Solutions customer for over a decade now. They are on top of their maintenance service schedule. They will proactively let me know when services are due and complete the maintenance. Highly recommended.
