We have used Kitchen and Bath Center to provide the counter-tops in our cottage community for approximately three years. Their team of installers always do excellent work and are courteous to work with. I am so pleased that they handle all of our granite counter-tops installations.

We had a fantastic experience. When we asked for advice we didn’t get a, “well, it depends on what you like” answer; we got an opinion that either made us think about something we didn’t think of or validated our thoughts. They were installing 14 days from the day we picked out our granite.
The installers were very careful with our walls and cabinets. They were personable and professional.
We priced granite at the big box stores and the pricing here beat them all with the added benefit of supporting a local business. If given the opportunity I will refer anyone I can to them.

I cannot recommend this place enough. We have used this business multiple times for cabinets and countertops! Their attention to detail is great. The team is great to work with. There are so many countertops in stock. We have done granite and quartz with them. Both have been great quality and a wonderful installation experience. When the product is in stock, the turnaround time is great! They have so many cabinets to choose from as well. The owner is one of the nicest people you will meet. Great cost for great products!

We purchased granite countertops. They were reasonable in price, installed in a timely manner and these folks were easy to work with. Highly recommend!!!

We originally had trouble with two of the employees and a difference between the price we were quoted in writing and what we were being charged. We had walked away very disappointed with our down payment refunded and no slabs. BUT, one of the OWNERS IMMEDIATELY reached out to us and made it right! He could have just been done with us, but it's obvious that he wants to keep his business honest and ethical and the customer happy!

I didn't buy, was just looking and checking it out. They were very helpful, informative, and really nice! If I ever do get new countertops, I would definitely consider going with them!

Kitchen and Bath was recommended to us by a family member who has used them several times. The process went smoothly until the installation. They called and said they were on their way (a few days early which was good), but we work 30 minutes away. We left work early and headed home to meet them. They worked late that night installing the granite and left the granite to "season". When we cleaned it up, we realized the seam was not put together well and was not flush. We have emailed and called multiple times to get them to return to work on it before writing this review as we wanted to give them a good review since the process went well until the end. The main office did call one time after the email and said they were not aware of our problem even though we had left multiple phone messages. Then the installer called in a few days and said they could come by right then as they were in our area, but once again we are 30 minutes away for work. They indicated they would call again. No call. We called once more after that, but no return call. It would probably be an easy fix if they tried. We don't normally leave bad reviews, but this was a pricey purchase for us in what will probably be a forever house. We have more countertops to install in the house, but we will be looking for another company. It has been 3 months and we now feel that we should write a review stating our dissatisfaction in hopes that it will help someone else.

We loved our experience with Kitchen and Bath Center on our custom countertops. The pricing was great, the staff was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had. The installation team was very professional, on time, clean and made sure we were satisfied with the install before they left.
We will definitely use them again when we upgrade our bathrooms

The price was good, the piece that was installed is very nice, and the installers did a good job. However, there were many issues with the process that were frustrating and unprofessional.
The communication throughout was very poor and we had to constantly contact them. That was blamed on “new people” in the office. The actual countertop ended up being 5” short. That was blamed on the production people, yet it was never checked before delivery? Last, the response to our concerns were basically “oh well”. They even added $150 for a removal fee that was never discussed and they tried to get us to pay it. I wish I could give a better review, but we wouldn’t use this company again because the lower prices aren’t worth all the frustration. This doesn’t even include the headache of trying to order cabinets from them which we are now cancelling.
Hopefully they will make some changes to their customer service from this because we like supporting local businesses.

Quality work, customer friendly and affordable. I recommend going directly through their company and not a middle man for all of your granite needs, we got a better deal by doing so and came to hundreds per counter top cheaper!! Saul has been above and beyond helpful. Highly recommend this company! Will post pics once the two vanity tops are installed.
