Matt is and expert and wonderful to work with. We had several issues with our new build that his inspection helped us identify and resolve with the builder. After moving in I noticed a potential interior issue and Matt came out , inspected my concern and gave me the peace mind. I would definitely recommend his services , and we will be utilizing his services for our 11 month walk through.
This is the 2nd time we have used Matt for our home inspections. I feel that he does a very thorough job , easy to talk to, works with you to make sure you understand what he has found.
I would recommend him for home inspections for his honesty, knowledge and pricing.

Matthew answered my call and was immediately available for a short notice inspection. He spent most of the day going through the house. At the end, he walked me back around the house explaining the issues he noted. Within 12 hrs, I had the full report with detailed pictures and explanations. It allowed me to negotiate with seller afterwards.

Matt was phenomenal. He is the real deal because he has actually built homes so he can spot many things that a typical inspector misses. He has inspected two of my homes in the last two years. Both turned out that he found everything that needed repair or had an issue. He is very friendly, personable plus has a tremendous wealth of knowledge. He really turns around the professional report quickly and was reasonably priced too. Besides the general inspection, he also does radon and mold. An added bonus was that he was able and willing to refer me to several types of contractors that I needed to update the homes. He knows his stuff! Highly recommend!

I have used Matt for home inspection services 2 times in the last 8 months. He is a professional that does an extremely detailed inspection of properties. He communicates effectively, is on time or early to appointments, and make the process easy for the consumer to understand. He encourages the potential homeowner to accompany him on his inspections. Many inspectors do not want the customer to tag along. Matt tells you what he is looking for and explains the issues good and bad during the inspection. After this is completed, he provides a thorough written report with details found, along with pictures of the issues. I would highly recommend him for any inspections.

Matt was very thorough and insightful with our inspection.
Not to mention he was very flexible with his schedule as he came out on the 4th of July for us, so that we could stay inside our due diligence period.
Highly recommend him for any inspection and we will be going back to him for any new construction inspections in the future.

I had a great experience with Matt during the purchase of my home. Matt was very thorough in his work and gladly responded to any questions I had. He also did a radon inspection for me. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for a knowledgeable inspector that will tell you about the ins and outs of your home.

Matt is on time and calls ahead to let you know if he will be late. He is very personable and has a lot of knowledge about construction. He recently helped me figure out roof issues on a screened porch I’d had added to the house. Matt’s reports are very detailed and professionally done. His pictures show what repairs need to be addressed. Matt stays up to date on technology and recently added a drone to the tools that he uses to assess problems. I highly recommend Matt.

Matt was a huge help with me buying my first home. He done a very thorough inspection and an even more thorough report. I didn’t have much time to have an inspection done. Matt showed up on a Sunday and inspected a house for me. He had the report finished Monday afternoon and a very professional report including pictures sent to my email.
