Robert did a great job presenting. He was super thorough and very professional. I was tempted to take a star because of the length of presentation, But I realize that’s not his fault. It’s how he was trained to present. The company has a lot of details. The company wants their potential clients to understand what they are offering, as opposed to their competitors. The real review will come after installation when I get to review the product installation and quality.
We had a terrific time with a terrific rep! He gave us great discounts, was very friendly, was easy to talk to, and even thought of details on our behalf that helped us with our purchase. Charlie, sincerely cared for us and our purchase. We are impressed with Champion’s high quality of product and commitment to American jobs. They also offer so many options for payments and payment plans. I highly recommend!

While the installers did an amazing job, I was very disappointed when they arrived, however, with only three windows. 12 weeks ago, I worked with the sales rep, who is no longer with the company, and I was under the impression I would be receiving four windows in their buy 2 get 2 free promotion. I discovered this morning that was not the case. My mistake is it appears the fourth window was erroneously left off the contract to my dismay and I should have read the contract, carefully, before signing it. I did not discover the error until this morning when the installers arrived. I have a full house of visitors this weekend and this is the purpose of why I want to complete this job. The leadership did offer and personally delivered a replacement without the window panes. However, due to my HOA, I feared and the fourth window located on the front of my home, I would get fined as all other front view windows have panes. What I would have hoped is they would have offered the window I ordered through their sales representative on May 7, who confirmed the fourth window could be included in the buy 2 get 2 deal. I would have never agreed to the deal without that fourth window because of the great deal!
While the windows installed today, look very nice and while I do appreciate both leaders who came to my home to resolve, quite honestly, not replacing the window with like-kind is just not acceptable. Now I am left with a feeling that I got duped.
My recommendation is to really look at your contract, before signing it. I took the sales rep’s word. Shame on me. I was prepared to get additional replacement windows later this year. I'm reluctant to contract with Champion. My recommendation to you is to read the contract and to ensure that what you discuss with the sales rep is actually on the agreement. I do have other windows that need to be replaced. Very reluctant at this time, if will allow Champion Windows to complete the job I gave 2 stars based on the way the fourth window omission was handled. The windows look great!

We had an excellent crew of Nate and LeBron who actually went above and beyond I think. They were on time each day and their craftsmanship was excellent. Every time I had a question they would stop and explain in detail. They kept their work area clean and tidy as I was doing yard work on the weekends. Thank you once again Nate and LeBron you guys are a 5 star crew.

Champion has hands down the best warranty without exceptions! The products are built to last, high quality, and they have tons of choices. Charlie was very informative and worked with us to get what we wanted and needed. Best price for the products. No comparison to the many other companies we met with.

Charlie was a dream to work with! Very knowledgeable and made sure I understood every aspect of my front door install. I’m so excited to get my new front door!
The finished product turned out great. Manuel was very nice and his team even cleaned the windows. Love that the windows are reflective on the outside helping with privacy. Great job Champion!

Mike Bradley initially helped us with the initial window install for our home, but we were left with a few in the kitchen. Mike Brush later came and was very attentive and walked us through several options to replace our old windows. We appreciated his knowledge and understanding of personal preference and concerns. They are great guys to work with!

Champion did an amazing job replacing the windows in my home! My sales rep, Dimitri was thorough when presenting options to me & patiently answered all my questions. He & the Install Supervisor were available the day of installation & responded to my questions right away. The install crew arrived on time & took care not to damage my window treatments & to not leave a mess. They replaced all the rotted sills & casings & I could feel an immediate difference in the temp in my home. I’m anxious to see how my utility bills go down. A worthy investment.

They made our deck like how we wanted it. The quality is excellent too. This group is very professional. They respond right away when I email or call at any day. They give updates on what’s going on and the progress of the project. There was a delay due to circumstances but they made sure it was resolved right away. Again, Thank you Champion.
When you’re planning for a nice patio and deck do call them. You won’t regret it.
