Keith approached every aspect of my claim with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional support provided by GGG and Team during a disaster that severely impacted a business I worked with. In the midst of what seemed like chaos, their team was there every step of the way providing a sense of security and peace of mind that was invaluable during such a challenging time. Their response was immediate and thorough. The claims process, which the business owners feared would be complicated and drawn out, was surprisingly straightforward and efficient due to their involvement. The team I worked with, especially Scott Greenwald, were knowledgeable, empathetic, and dedicated to ensuring that the business could recover as quickly as possible. I highly recommend GGG!

Our family lost everything in a house fire; house, cars, clothes, photos, everything. You never imagine going through something like this. It is absolutely devastating. The second devastation for us came when we started trying to work with our insurance company. We were dealing with the grief of our loss while fighting insurance. It wasn't a fair fight. Our son was referred to GGG through his professional contacts. From the first call, the GGG team was compassionate and kind. We felt heard. Once we hired GGG, they jumped right in. They helped us understand the process, advocated for us and even provided emotional support when I needed it. I cannot thank Jason, Kent and Scott enough. To top it off, GGG got us full policy limits!!!! Almost three times the amount that the insurance company told us that our personal property was worth. I would not wish a loss like this on anyone but if you go through something like this, you do not have to go through it alone. Hire GGG! You will not regret it.

GGG is wonderful. I felt most comfortable with them and they presented as the most professional and least "salesman" like when I was considering public adjust groups. They handle a major fire to a shopping center I own and also have helped a tenant of mine too. They got me way more money then I could direct with insurance company and are great adjusters who you should get to handle your job.
