The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable of the problems we were experiencing with our garage door not opening. He explained everything to us and fixed it in about an hour. The price was very reasonable! It's working great now! Thanks to the tech who came out to help us.

The tech who worked on my home was awesome! Will came and explained in detail what he would be doing and if it matches what my ordered stated. Will and his assistant worked hard and diligently to get my doors removed and replaced in the time he estimated. My doors look fantastic! He did an amazing job and thoroughly explained what he replaced and how to use my doors. I appreciate the effort he put into getting my house looking great and really added value to my curb appeal!!!

This was by far one of the BEST professional experience I've had! My garage door had broken because someone backed into the door. I had actually dealt with another company initially and just wasn't 100% happy with my interaction with the technician. Winfield with Precision came out later that day, and it was a completely different experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. As a female customer, it was greatly appreciated. The technician, Craig came out and did the installation. He explained everything to me in detail. It was overall a 10+ experience.
