I always have great service using United Rentals. I always work through Sean Speight and he continues to take care of my every need!
Very disappointed! They missed two regular scheduled cleanings. Was told three different times that someone would be out that day. Never saw anyone.

It was great. Our Sales Tech promised toilets would be out the next day and it happened!

Representative was very helpful and knowledgeable with items being discussed. Also was willing to work with me on Need of equipment as schedule was accelerated by the client.

it would be nice if they read the email i sent in to order the gear before they called and asked all the questions i have already answered in the email.

Jason Jarvi is a legend. Very knowledgeable and intuitive in the industry. Fast response time and always corrects any mistakes made before we even bother asking. He has it together. We replaced a vendor because of his work. This needs to be acknowledged!!!
