Richard and crew were very professional and did an amazing job replacing our deck, balcony, and entry deck. We researched companies and felt comfortable with Richard's knowledge and price. He did not disappoint. Great clean up as well. We are so pleased with the results and will be happy to recommend to others.
Richard came out and discussed the project and made suggestions. He left that day saying he would work up a price on a couple of configurations and get back to us. Well, that was two months ago. Never heard from him again. Looks like this is a pattern with this contractor. PATHETIC. A simple email declining the job would have avoided this review. The contractor that came out the day after Richard worked up a price within a week and has finished our project.

Richard and crew did a great job rescreening our deck. Richard was very responsive to our endless questions. The crew was very nice. The previous owner initially did the porch himself so when we had to rescreen it there were areas that weren’t lining up properly. Richard had so many ideas and did what it took to make it work correctly without tearing the whole thing down. We really appreciated his efforts to save us money. With the current climate of severe staff and supply shortages it took a little longer than originally planned, but that’s not their fault, they worked so hard and the quality never suffered. With some upgrades it looks a million percent better than it did. Very clean and classy looking. Thank you Richard and crew. We are very happy with the end result.

Richard did a great job with helping us design a deck that we love and in-budget. The crew were detail-oriented and meticulous as they built our new deck. We love how it turned out, the style and the colors look incredible; and all at a very good price. We would absolutely recommend Atlanta Deck and Home Rennovations.

I used this contractor and would rate a 5 star with some tweaks to CS. They built a deck for me with rails and made some great design changes that made access easier and the cosmetic appearance more appealing. The crew was timely, thorough and cleaned up well post construction. Richard is a nice guy with experience. I get lots of compliments even from other contractors.

Extremely disappointed. After an initial consultation and discussion on what needed to get done, I was very pleased with my contractor selection, even signed the contract with Richard that evening. Although he found a way to reduce the work and cost to fix the unsecure deck railings, he never actually finished the job. I reached out to him several times after the work was "completed" and he finally responded to let me know he had been dealing with a death in the family. I told him I understood and take care of himself and his family (family always comes first) and to let me know when we would have a chance to finish the work. Radio silence ever since. I would not recommend this company to do any work.
