Todd completed the drywall in our basement (hang, tape, mud, sand) and the results are great. Todd was very polite and did everything he said he would. We had a horrendous time finding someone to complete our project. We lost count of how many people would show up to give us a quote and then never follow-up or respond to complete the work. Todd was very quick to respond and get me a quote and begin the project. Would absolutely use again for future drywall needs.
Todd did a fantastic job patching a ceiling I needed done. He responded back to me quickly and was able to fix it in the next few days. Extremely professional and he truly cares about his customers! Highly recommended!

I found Todd through an online home repair service. He responded quickly and came out on the weekend to assess the job. He quickly followed up with a fair quote to do the job. He had to patch the drywall where several lights had been and then close up the ceiling after some structural beams were put in. He was quick, had great communication, and treated the project like he was doing it for his own home. You don't find many people who are as invested as Todd is in making sure he exceeds your expectations. I will certainly be using him in the future and you should do yourself a favor and give him a call as well.

Todd and his crew did a wonderful job on our drywall project. We had a very difficult time finding a contractor because of all the patch work which needed to be done. Todd and his crew were very professional and did much more than we anticipated. Wonderful company. In the future, Todd will be the only call I make for my next drywall project. All this with great competitive pricing.

Quality work at a competitive price.
Todd, with Residential Drywall & Construction Inc., did a great job on my drywall job from start to finish.
Todd responded quickly when I requested a cost estimate. He asked some specific questions allowing him to quote the job without a delay to visit the job site (an estimate he honored upon seeing the job in person, when he started working).
I requested estimates from three contractors for the job (Todd from Residential Drywall, Douglas Gutierrez from DND Handyman Services, and Alex Fernandez from Ale House Painting And More) - Todd's estimate was the lowest cost of all three, plus he had the most 5 star reviews on Thumbtack, so I felt confident that the low cost estimate wasn't a potential sign of low quality work.
During the job, Todd's execution met my expectations. He communicated when he would be on-site. While on-site, he worked efficiently.
And, as I expected from all of the previous 5 star reviews, there was no problem with the quality of Todd's work. After he finished, I was ready to rock and roll with priming and painting.

Todd and his team drywalled, finished and primed what will become a theater room for me as well as installed a seating riser. From beginning to end, Todd was responsive and provided advanced communication for every step of the project. Very flexible and was able to troubleshoot unforeseen issues smoothly. Will definitely hire him again for my next project

Todd returns calls quickly......, listens and was immediate to schedule site visit for initial estimate via text.
Friendly engaging, and explained the process, and stayed on the phone with me till all questions were answered.
Good customer service when most Atlanta companies wont return phone calls.......
