Where do I begin!!!! Our technician was awesome!!!! Also I wanna say we ordered a new thermostat from Vivint and he installed it and did not charge for it! Oh and I wanna give a shoutout to the customer service people too! Very professional and they respond as soon as they can if you leave a message they have never kept me waiting. I will definitely be calling them for here on out. ???? thanks!
Christopher Hudson was excellent! He took time to show the issue and explained. Also provided information regarding regular maintenance to be proactive in the longevity of my HVAC system. Highly recommend the the company and Christopher.

So our furnace would not pump air starting last night. So we call Air Touch HVAC this morning and we were told that the service call would be tomorrow. But Chavez came out today anyway. He got the furnace working and we even did a service plan that is reasonably priced. Everything was fixed and ready for the summer after he left. We are grateful. The company was recommended by my parents and this is the best ever.
