Tyler Jones interviewed and told my brother he had the job. Had him waiting for the offer letter for a WEEK just to tell him they went with someone else. This is after my brother called multiple times throughout the week for updates.

They got one star for the people that have come out to my house and have done a great job. However, I did not want to sign into a contract with them. The rep that came out explained I can cancel anytime, however when I tried to cancel I was told I could not cancel anytime. I expressed my conversation with the rep and they said all they could do is talk to him, but they would send me to collections if I refused to pay going forward. So I finished off this apparent contract, and will not be returning.

Ive been using Hole In One since I moved into my house a year ago and they are fantastic. They have saved my sanity on so many levels. But today, Sam, a technician came to my house for my quarterly and he did an AWESOME JOB! ? He was so polite and most importantly - honest. After he left I had many camera notifications and saw he did such a thorough job on my exterior. I say this because unfortunately in today’s society people will only do 50% if they think nobody is watching, but not Sam. I was definitely impressed with how thorough he was and the integrity he brought with it. Thank you Sam and Hole In One!

This company saved us a lot of money! The owner is very honest and the workers are all kind and diligent. Here’s the story on how they saved us money- we thought we might have a rodent problem so we called in a few companies, the other companies were quoting us $1500 for a service that seemed like it was already done (closing up where rodents could be entering) they couldn’t even tell us if there was an active problem Or not or if it was an old problem. The owner of hole in one came out and couldn’t properly diagnose that this was an old problem taken care of and told us what our next steps should be (thing we could do ourselves and not have to hire to do). He was honest and helped us. So we hired them for termites and regular pest Control and we have been very happy with their service. We were hoping to find a Local Business And we did, small family Own and run and great! But you don’t lose quality ; they are very professional! Ty hole in one!
