Our trash pick up day is Thursday. Our can was full by Tuesday so we moved it to the road to move it away from the house. It was not picked up Thursday. I called at 9 am Friday and 2 pm Friday afternoon both times being promised a call back after the figured out why our trash was not picked up. I never received a call back and they are now closed and my trash is still sitting by the road full. I do understand things happen but this is not the first time, and payment for services has never been late.

After being with a large waste company for over 20 years and enduring endless frustration and missed pickups, we made the switch to Clean Earth Sanitation in January 2024. We have been thrilled with their awesome customer service and prompt, timely pickups of our trash and recycling. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trash services!

If there were more stars, I would give Clean Earth Sanitation (CES) more!! We moved into our home 2 years ago and were debating what sanitation pickup service to use. We asked our neighbors and they had ONLY good feedback about CES. We clearly made the right decision! They are always great at informing in a timely manner about any changes for pick up days and holiday re-schedules. When you call CES, the young ladies always respond promptly and professionally. CES has never had an issue of leakage in our neighborhood in comparison to other vehicles. A couple of weeks ago I came home earlier and noticed that all of the blue cans were perfectly along the curb of each house, (this also never happens with other companies in our neighborhood, they are left in the road and at times with trash next to them.) CES takes the time to pull each trash can and return it to its place making sure nothing is left behind, [I have even seen the driver get out and pull trash cans] to the point were there was a bag that flew out of our trash as it was being emptied and the youngman followed it until he got it and picked up additional trash that had blown into our yard that day. I believe Annar is the name of the gentleman responsible for this. It can be a job “as simple” as picking up trash but this youngman does it with excellence! Not only do Clean Earth Sanitation’s cans stand out but so does their excellent service.

This company services several homes in my neighborhood. Initially, I had no complaints or concerns. Recently, the days and time for servicing our neighborhood changed. They went from Wednesdays early morning (7AM) to now Mondays in the afternoon (who knows what time). Now that they have made the change, they leave broken glass, screws, cigarette butts, liquid waste, you name it throughout the neighborhood. The service men/women do not care to get off the truck to clean up after themselves. They are not emptying the truck properly prior to coming in our community. I called to share my concern and the representative stated she would notify the supervisor. There is a sure disconnect here. If the company would go back to the way they were previously and treat us like paying customers, that would be acceptable. I’m not sure how they stand next to their name and believe in their mission if this is what Clean Earth stands for. This is polluting and littering the earth.

I am proud right now. Proud to know good people exist. A lovely couple was in a bad situation. God heard their prayers and sent myself and the owner of this business to help them in their need. Yesterday, I saw a good man, do God's work. Blessings to this business to prosper. Blessings, because you didn't abandon them, you picked up where the police fell short. Blessings!!
