They think less than 6 days is a week. They also run extra charges on your card without contacting you first. They dropped my dumpster at 12:38 on a Tuesday. I got a message on Sunday They were picking it up first think on Monday. I texted and left voice-mail on Sunday that I did not get it until Tuesday afternoon could I please have it atleast until 3:00 or 4:00. On Monday. I got a text they would pick it up first thing Tuesday. I thought great then later I had an extra charge from them for an extra day. I contacted them twice saying I did not have extra day. I got a refund but it said customer wanted extra day but doesn't want to pay for it. I contacted them again as I am an honest person and always pay my bills just want to know how they think I had it an extra day, still no response. They should number one not run a charge on your card for extra fees unless they message you and say hey if we leave the dumpster later it will be this amount and your weight was over and it is this amount. Second if you are asking a question as to why they thought you had an extra day they should explain it the only positive I had with them is they did drop it on the day I asked and texted it was there. Such a shame as I am going to be needing a dumpster several more times and if they had acted a little more professional I would have used them and they could have made a lot more off me.

I really appreciate the hard work these guys do. You can practically be guaranteed to get a dumpster delivered at the last possible minute. Planning ahead is always best, but for those times when you need a dumpster with little to no advance warning, call them! They are very accommodating and do their very best to meet your specific needs. For example, they dropped my dumpster without completely blocking my access to park my vehicle under the carport. It's these little things that matter most and show great customer service! I highly recommend them!

This company has not let me down once! I use them often for a roofing company in McDonough and their service is exceptional! If they miss my call, they ALWAYS call me back. They have made such a great effort to be of assistant to me being in a business and also for personal reasons have helped last minute if they can, I will continue to use this company. They are friendly, professional and helpful. If you need a dumpster, give them a call you won't regret it.
