The 1st Solar process went great. Our agent Horace has been amazing from purchasing to installation. He did not just sell us the solar and go to bed. He took time to go through what to expert at each stage of the process with us. Even though he got a short notice (24 hours) of when our installation was going to be done, he drove over 5 hours to our home to make sure he was present during the installation. He was always available to answer any questions we had. We totally recommend 1st Solar, specifically Horace.

Horace has been an excellent person to work with. He was extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing and installing solar panels and still helps to answer any questions as they come up. I appreciated that he was there to guide us through all the steps of solar panels installation and usage. He is very knowledgeable and personable. If anyone is considering buying solar panels, I hope you get to work with Horace and 1st solar! Honestly, we’ve had a few hiccups throughout the process but their office responds and works to resolve issues. However, it’s been even more helpful to have Horace as another person to talk with when we have concerns or questions.
