Don't believe all of the 5 star reviews. They offer a discount on your bill if you leave one. I've had some trouble communicating with them at times and service is somewhat inconsistent unless they want you to pay them. The work that is done is always fine, but it's 2024. I shouldn't be faxing you forms and mailing checks. I have had to call to clarify a roofing detail repeatedly. I was asked if I had any stucco paint for them to use. I've never had stucco paint and I assume I would still be charged full price even if I did. When I called and said we had a deck awning that needed to be attached and asked if they could help with that while they were there doing yearly repairs what I ended up with was them removing the anchors and filling holes instead, then charging me $190 for the additional work. How hard can this really be. They're charging thousands of dollars for a couple of hours of work. The customer service could use some attention.

Incredibly sloppy work which has destroyed the appearsnce of out 100 year old historic home which had been s0 beautifully restored by true craftsmen in the past. I would not recommend this company After seeing the owners planned reply, I wrote the following letter to him but received no reply. Fred, I am most disappointed in your reply to my post. While I was totally dissatisfied with the quality of your work , I never doubted the honesty of you and your company. I wonder if that is correct. You state that you were here a week when the truth was you were here 2.5 days. You stated that I wanted to caulk rotten boards when the truth was I wanted the rotten boards removed and replaced with cedar and sealed. You wanted to remove all of the tudor boards and replaster the entire area which wood have destroyed the look of a tudor house. You failed to mention that I only did a review after your company asked for one. You implied that I was not paying you even though I paid you in full even before we had discussed any potential resolution. You state you made multiple attempts to contact me but I have email communications between the two of us. I even told you in one that I was on the road and would get back to you. I would remind you that you called me and said you did not want to deposit the check until there was some resolution. I discussed with you that time was important to me and I was willing to accept the poor job. You failed to mention that the workman only wanted to "patch" the rotted spots and not remove the boards and replace with cedar in contrast to what was stated in the contract. You also failed to mention that the contract was breached by the workman when the caulk was not removed which had been specifically recommended by your inspector and clearly stated in the contract. You also failed to mention that you offered to pay me $500.00 and I said not necessary. xxxd , each of the above areas could be viewed by an outsider as failure of communication and understanding between two business men. However, your statement that I only paid my balance after your collection attorney sent me a letter is a blatant lie. I understand your frustration with my disappointment with the job but for you to make such a outright lie is incredibly disappointing to me . I think when you contemplate this part of your response, you will conclude that you are a better man than exemplified by this action. I wish I had known about stucco inspections and this company sooner!! We are selling a stucco home and needed to confirm for the buyers that the house is in good condition. SIR was able to schedule our inspection within a few days. They showed up on time (even a little early, which was helpful to us). The inspector was obviously VERY experienced. He said he has been an installer for 25 years prior to becoming an inspector. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and what he found. We have 100% confidence in this company and very much recommend them.
