They arrived on time. Went to work in a totally professional manner. They answered all of our questions. This was the second time I had them. The first time was all the windows and they did a great job so I had them back for gutter cleaning, windows, a high hanging entry way chandelier and pressure wash. Our house looks so good. They gave us a very fair price and superior work. Couldn't ask for more.

Abracadabra Window Cleaning

I had a total of 54 windows. Paid for interior and exterior cleaning and for cleaning of window frames and sills. They did a decent job on most of it, but left before I realized that they had not cleaned the frames or sills in the garage windows. I called the service technician and he said he cleaned the glass. If he did, I couldn't tell, and there were spider droppings, cobwebs, and dirt in the sills and around the frame (see pictures). I called the office to complain and Terri told me that they would make it right, but that they would have to send a crew on a different day. That is more trouble than it's worth. I got a ladder and wet rags and just did it myself. That kind of defeats the purpose of paying a professional to do it. Disappointed they didn't do it right the first time.
