We had an amazing experience with Reliable! I called two other places but couldn't get a call back. The scheduling process with Reliable was a breeze. I called and they sent out the friendliest, knowledgeable, and careful plumber - Brian the same day! He fixed our clog in no time. We couldn't be happier. They have customers for life!!
Great experience with thier Electrical dept. Had them relocate and add additional outlets during Kitchen Remodel. Great work, highly knowledgeable technician, very friendly and 100% professional. Highly recommended Tim- Electrician.

The wife and I couldn’t be more happy with Reliable, especially with Chris Edge and Erik Paz.
Our AC system broke down on a Saturday, and by Tuesday afternoon everything was changed (2 units with corresponding compressors, heat pumps, furnaces, etc) and working as a charm! Of course that the units had to go down with intense heat outside, we couldn’t sleep for 2 nights but Reliable Heating & Air are exactly that, reliable!
Finance and approval was a walk on the park, everything done in minutes and professionally! Highly recommend them if you are in distress or just looking to upgrade your AC system!

I am so thankful for Reliable! They did an outstanding job! I couldn't be happier with my new system! Extremely professional, kind, and hard working. They really listened to me, and were wonderful with explaining the different options. Amazing experience! Highly recommend!

We purchased an indoor air quaility filtration system from Sara. She was amazing, and worked with us to ensure that we got the parts and services we wanted! The installation was prompt and professional. They made sure that our setup was exactly what we wanted and left the installation area clean and clear of debris. The best part is that we pay one low monthly fee and the equipment, installation, and yearly maintenance costs are included through the Comfort Club contract. If something breaks, Reliable will either fix it for free or replace it! Highly recommend.

Our consultant Brandon did an excellent job being transparent and addressing all my questions. His demeanor was friendly and professional. He maintained contact through multiple modalities making it easy for me to reach him. Installers were just as friendly and professional and when the work was done you'd never guess they were there. Except now I had ice cold air again for my family. Thanks Brandon, Isaac and his installation teammate. I didn't get his name because he was so hard at work in my 100 degree attic.

Chris came out and gave a thorough inspection of my unit and furnace and gave me a quote , no sales pressure just giving genuine knowledge of his diagnostic. I contacted him a week or two later and had my unit and furnace installed the next day ! I definitely recommend Reliable for top of the line service , products , and peace of mind that its a job done the right way .

Reliable Heating &Air...called them when there was an AC need. This company sent Andrew who listened, put a price together and committed to what was needed. Jeff, came to install and was 4 hours earlier than expected. To exceed expectations on service and product, I'm forever grateful and will count on them for future needs for sure!!! Thank you for being the hero's of the holiday weekend!!!

To day 4/20/24 Reliable Sent Brother Max Out to my house to replace my water heater. I heard on WSB News talk radio about the 24.99 I said to myself, this can't be true. Oh, yes, it is true.? Max the plumber technician Was very professional On installing the water heater and He went over the contract with me. Thank you
Reliable for helping the middle man. All these other plumbing companies. ?They be wanting the money up front Do not wanna go extra to help you Smh!!!! I have been going over to my girlfriend's house taking showers But thanks to Big Dawg Max, I want be going tonight HELL YEAAAAA Reliable 4LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!
