We replaced our granite countertops with quartz and added a new sink. We are very happy with our new countertops and the service we received from start to finish. A BIG thank you to Amy who walked us through every step and answered my endless questions very promptly. She worked with our contractor, insurance and us to ensure every detail was covered. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process. The installers also did an amazing job and we couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend Global Granite.

Global Granite has done multiple jobs for us and we have been extremly happy with all of them. The staff at the store is very friendly and very helpful. Their installers are the best. I would highly recommend Global.

What a great experience working with Global Granite during my kitchen remodel. Amy was knowledgeable and made great suggestions; she knows her products well! We were shown two different remnant slabs. We selected one. A few days later, the day of the measurement, we went to the location to change our selection to the other remnant slab. This was discussed over the phone with the sales person prior to going to the location. When we arrived we met the same sales person of or first visit who walked us to the back where the two selections were. We looked at the first one ($1100) and looked at a the second ($768) or what we thought was the second one. Sales was standing right next to us and let us believe the entire time we were looking at the same options before. Even heard us talk about saving money with the second option. We chose the second option (which was actually a new third one unbeknownst to us). Sales did not let us know the price was higher than all of them. When the installation occurred sales called to collect the remaining amount. I asked what the new invoice amount was, and was informed it was the same as the original. We went back and forth through several conversations because I was completely confused as to why their was a third option and a different price. Sales basically said I was wrong and should have known along with telling me customers get confused all the time because stones look similar… never did sales inform us it was a different stone until final payment was due. Never did sales tell us the price was different until final payment was due. They even told us the price was $1334 ($58) and they gave it to us at $1100 ($50). All us this could have been avoided if sales person, would have told us it was a third option and the price was higher than the other two. Lesson learned for us, always get a new invoice. However, that doesn’t take away being Sold by Deception. Sales knew what was happening the entire time.

We had the pleasure of working with Fernanda and her team for our kitchen remodel. From the wide array of selections, to the entire installation process, we couldn't be happier. The total time from purchase to installation was about 2 weeks, and the team did a great job and made sure that they left everything clean. Looking forward to using this wonderful company in the future. :)

This was one of only a number of places that my wife & I shopped for a high quality (not The Home Depot) vanity and counter top for our bathroom addition. With both items, the staff was attentive (but not hovering), professional and walked us through all available options.
Thankfully, we found something we loved in a vanity and it was great quality. We were also led through a great selection of stone and found a remnant that fit our needs and look gorgeous too. We took delivery of the vanity months ago, while we’ve waited for our contractor to finish a process that took twice as long as it needed to.
We just had our quartz top, backsplash and sink installed over the weekend and it’s everything we hoped it would be. The installers made it quick and easy and did pro work.
Thanks for, what was hands down, the best part of our renovation experience.

I can’t recommend these guys enough! My fiancé and I had been dealing with their competitor, MC Granite, and finally had enough of being treated unprofessionally so I called Global Granite. I’m so thankful I did! What had been taking over two weeks for us with the former took Global Granite a single day to resolve. Amy is the contact I spoke with and she was so professional and sweet. She sent us a quote within an hour and stayed in constant contact with us. Thank you for helping us get our backsplash ordered and for recommending a great contractor to apply it! We will be coming to Global Granite for all of our future needs!

The customer service started out great. I've never used them before, but I had a piece of granite I wanted to repurpose and for some reason my usual place wouldn't handle this. The lady I dealt with on the phone was great initially and getting a measurement scheduled and dropping the rock off was easy.
However, a week before I was scheduled to have it installed I missed two calls from her. The second call specifically stated a time they were going to install and she told me to only call back if it didn't work. It was fine so I didn't call back. I don't hear from her until I miss another call the day before the scheduled install, 4 minutes before they closed. She said I hadn't been returning her calls and I needed to call back to confirm a new time she was giving me. I called back less than 10 minutes later but after closing time and got no response of course.
The two most frustrating things were on installation day. I expected a courtesy call with an eta like most people do. But they did not give one and showed up when I wasn't at the house. And now that I've begun working on the room, I notice that the holes for the sink and faucet are not centered on the counter top, which is the deal breaker for never using this place again.

I was very happy with the service I received from Global Granite. They worked hard to meet my scheduling needs. They were always prompt and professional. I have now used them for 3 bathrooms over the past 7 years. I highly recommend them.

Great experience all around! Large selection, reasonable pricing, personable and knowledgeable staff, high quality and fast install. Fernanda and Simone in the front office are so kind and held my hand as they guided and helped us throughout the entire process(es). They, along with their install team, answered all of my knit-picky questions with ease, and genuinely made our master bath vanity and laundry room countertop dreams come true!! I highly recommend partnering with Global Granite, we are so thankful!
