The big box store didn't know what I needed. Went to Apex Supply and Alex behind the counter went out of his way to help me. They didn't have the part I needed to fix my shower but Alex printed out what I needed so I could find it for myself online. Great customer service!

I had a plumbing problem no one at the major building supply stores were willing to help with. After a couple minuets, I was always left to fend for myself. The rep at APEX was knowledgeable and took the time to figure out the solution to my plumbing problem. I just finished the installation and it worked like a charm. Thanks Again.
