I work for a property management company and needed an HVAC tech to check out a property as soon as possible. Cool Masters sent a tech out the very next day. They called me on site with solution and pricing and waited for my approval. Work was completed that same day. I worked specifically with Chris Nelson who was absolutely great! I will definitely reach out to them again for any future work in the Lawrenceville GA area.

We have used Neese-Jones Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. since 1998. This is an outstanding company, that provides reliable, reasonable, and professional service.
I would definitely recommend them, for your AC/Heating, or hot water heating needs!

After having major issues with 2 big name companies I decided to roll the dice one more time with cool masters. Mark Smith was able to figure out the issue (something the other company did to the unit during their installation in 2023) and fix it getting us cold air again in time for those hot days. I'm completely happy with service and confident that we've found our forever company for heating and cooling needs.

We have been customers of Cool Masters for4 30+ years across 2 different homes. Our technician was mark smith who we met for the first time today. He identified a solution within minutes of arriving and completed system wide cleaning, installation of additional sensors and our semi-annual maintenance check-up within a single visit and at very reasonable pricing.
Mark sent us a complete array of pictures and measurements via e-mail and was very thorough.
We give mark a 5-Star rating and suggest you want Mark and the Cool Masters to be your HVAC team.

Eduardo my technician just left my house from servicing my HVAC and I couldn’t write a review fast enough. The email, text and phone call “thanks Haley” about the visit is awesome for someone like me who forgets everything. Service and the explanation of the service was clear and easy to understand, the price that Cool Masters charges is a fair price for what you receive. If you want cheap then call Waldo the HVAC/Carpenter/Painter and landscape well hopefully you get the point.

Randall and Mark came, today, for my HVAC bi-annual check up, and filter exchange. They were professional, efficient and very friendly. I found them to be just super nice guys. I’ve been using Cool Masters for a few years, now; they installed a new system for me about two years ago, and it’s been great! Also, their office staff have always been very nice, and always efficient. One thing I like about this company is that they’re not so large that the customer “gets lost in the mix,” as with some “corporate-sized” companies. I feel that I get caring, competent, personalized service. I’m very glad that I chose them for my HVAC needs. I highly recommend Cool Masters.

Eduardo has been my technician at least 3 times now - for regular maintenance, an assessment and a recent repair- and he has been consistently polite, professional and on time for the appointment. If customer service and quality work are priorities for you, you have to call Cool Masters. Eduardo represents the company well. I will request him every time.
