We had a great experience with Wall Heating and air! They came out quickly when our AC wasn’t cooling properly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Their techs were polite and professional. We’ll definitely continue to call them when we need AC or heat service.
I can't say enough great things about Wall. I've been using them for years and they are ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, and do a great job! They explain exactly what this issue is and what it will cost to fix it, and I've never felt like I'm getting taken advantage of.
Compare that to one of the big brands (that advertises on the radio about the quality of their work) and it is night and day. I had to use one of the big brands a few years ago because we had friends coming in the next day and we couldn't cool the upstairs below 79- it was in the high 90s here.
The big brand guy came out replaced the capacitor, put some freon in it and charged us whatever their going rate was. A couple months later, Wall had to come out and fix his work- turns out he put the wrong capacitor and we're lucky it didn't burn up the motor.
If I have the choice of choosing a big brand service company over a friendly expert that I know will do the job right, the first time, I'm always choosing the expert.

David was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and courteous. The rain didn’t stop him from doing a thorough inspection of my ac unit to ensure it was operating properly. He even took the time to clean the coils. Thank you, David!

Our first experience with the Wall company was with Debbie on the phone. She was very attentive and helpful and, even though it is peak rescue season, she got us on the schedule for emergency service the next day. Our on-site technician David was friendly, respected our home with shoe-guards, and did a great job. He researched parts that could work on our old heat pump and got it working again -- just in time for us to host our daughter and grandchildren for the weekend. He also got us signed up for annual maintenance the same day and gave us the Club discounts for our first service call. We are definitely a team Wall family now and couldn't be happier!

Love working with Wall Heating & air. I've been a customer of theirs since the early 90's. They always do a great job and they get it right the 1st time. They always provide excellent customer service and are so helpful and friendly. They're the best!!!

I have used Wall in the past and called them again. Kris was super professional and prompt. He explained everything that I needed and was very knowledgeable. I will be replacing my HVAC as soon as it can be scheduled! UPDATE: Tyler & crew were “on time” (something I value a lot) and did a great job, even when they ran into a few challenges. Although it took longer than estimated, it was worth the wait! And, now I can easily set my thermostat with an app! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

David is great and did an excellent job fixing my AC drain line, which was causing water to leak from the return air vent and around the ceiling. His knowledge and hard work resolved the issue in just an hour. Highly recommend his services!

I called Wall Heating & Air Conditioning because our compressor was not turning on. They had lots of 5 stars and good reviews. Before the appointment was scheduled, the lady asked questions and had us try some tasks for a possible easy fix. Kris arrived that day and my husband has never been so impressed with a service person. Kris explained and answered all questions with care, patience and left us with a working compressor.
