What an Awesome experience! It started when Cale came out and gave us the estimate. He was very nice, answered all our questions, and explained the entire process.

I requested a quote from certapro when I bought my house. They came over walked through my home and provided me a detailed report with the cost. They included photos and a breakdown of each room. They scheduled the work, arrived on time and completed the work effectively and clean. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again when I complete my basement.

Greetings…our experience with Certa Pro was exceptional, they were very informative, very tactful, prompt and very professional. The paint job that was done was very very good and way better than the builder could ever do. I recommend them strongly and I will be contacting Certa Pro about painting the inside of our home this year 2024…coming soon!

CertaPro Painters did a very good job in providing an estimate, power washing and painting the exterior of my home. They also did a very good job painting a couple of interior staircase walls. The painters cleaned up and removed their trash and debris after each work day. The final walk through went smoothly, and the painters corrected any painting mistakes/flaws I observed. Finally, my house looks good and the price was reasonable for the work performed.

After comparing several options, we decided to go with CertaPro to have our house painted. We had a lot of siding joint separation and some gutter leak trim damage. They did a great job overall at a reasonable cost, remained flexible with scheduling issues, and made me feel valued as a customer. From the super helpful guidance of Cale, who came out to do the estimate, to the skilled and fast-working team led by Johan, we are glad we made the choice.

It was such a pleasure working with the team! From the estimate to scheduling to the actual completion of the project everyone made sure I was satisfied. The paint team left my house clean and they made sure along the way several times what colors I wanted where. I will definitely use them again!

Here's my comment:
I'm pleased with the results after hiring CertaPro to paint our home. Cale White is really nice and handled the process professionally and yet with a personal touch. The price we agreed upon was fair. The crew showed up on the scheduled day and did a great job repairing and painting the house in spite of the weather changes. Tony, the crew manager was courteous and friendly too.
Here are the areas where CertaPro can improve:
They could do a better job at communicating with us daily, as the contract promised, to tell us what was completed and the plans for the next steps. Since my wife and I both work, we felt left out wondering what's going on. A simple text or email would've been appreciated. Although Cale would always get back to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions, Tony would take over 24 hours to answer my text questions. Another issue was that CertaPro asked us to give them the paint colors a week prior to the project start date, which we did. Yet, the day the deck was to be stained, I was told that the paint store was out of that stain and wouldn't get it until the spring. I was surprised to realize the crew had only attempted to purchase the stain the day of. Why ask for it a week in advance? We could have jumped to plan B way before. Their reasoning for doing it this way left me feeling like I was being punished for following their rules. One last thing, because of the weather, the project took longer than expected. That's totally okay with us, but the crew left the area in disarray during those extended days with tools, materials, and cigarette butts strewn around. We had a birthday party at the house and our guests got to see the mess. Their contract said the crew would tidy-up tools and materials daily.
I'm only sharing this in hopes to help a good company be a great company. Overall, I'm pleased with the process and would recommend CertaPro to my friends and family.
