Eddy and Quinton are excellent members of the Wildlife department of this company. They are extremely thorough, care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the project is complete. I had squirrels in my attic and they are determined to reclaim their rent-free home. Even though I've dragged poor Eddy back out here twice for false alarms (thinking those determined freeloading scoundrels had successfully reentered) he's never made me feel foolish. They've sealed all sorts of entry points and it's all done humanely - no unwanted guests were harmed. In fact the whole process - removal, blockage, sanitation,etc - is done in such a way that animals and humans are safe and residents can stay in the home. Both Eddy and Quinton are animal lovers so they were careful to insure the animals that belonged in the home stayed there and the unwanted ones left!!! Just the way I wanted it.

We had a really scary time yesterday but thanks to your employee, Joseph Martin, it ended well. First he did a very thorough termite inspection. He then discovered a very profound gas leak in our next door neighbor’s yard near our property line. He advised that we call 911 to seek help. A fire truck came out and cut the gas valve off and then they called the gas company who sent 4 gas vehicles out. Your employee stayed with us until he felt it was taken care of for us. My sister and I are elderly and would probably have not found the leak. Thank you so much. He was very professional and we will always remember how he helped us through a very stressful day. The customer service rep I called was great, very polite and sent a tech out in 2 days. The tech as very nice and knowledgeable. The tech walked me though the steps they need to take for our Termite program. The people that came and did the treatment and bate stations were great and were there within the week. Can't thank Active enough for their help!!

Pete is always prompt for our appointments. He does an extremely thorough job in treating our home, including always asking if we've seen anything he should know about. We have a parrot - they are very sensitive to all types of chemicals & smells. Pete takes great care in treating the areas of our house near where her cage is located; this includes the floor directly above & below her cage & the outside area too. This gives us not only peace but great confidence in Pete's work & the care in which he performs it. Pete is always gracious, happy, friendly when he is at our home. He always finishes the job by making sure we have his personal contact info so we can reach out to him if we need him prior to our next service. What an amazing employee & person!!!
