I had a water leak in my front yard, so I found this company in the Shoppers magazine. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I called that morning & they came out the same day. The gentlemen (I forgot to get their names) got to work to find the leak gave me an estimate & was able to complete the work at that time. I will be calling again for any of my plumbing need.
Please, please keep the great customer service that goes a long way.
Fast, professional, and to the point. Sean provided excellent service, I needed two toilets installed in a house in GA (I don’t live there), he went out, assessed the job, gave me price and installed the toilets in about 1 hours time for BOTH! Great service, I will be a returning customer.

We’ve used D&S for several years at a commercial facility, from minor issues and backups to running new supply lines in the ground. Always very professional, knowledgeable and stand behind their work. Highly recommend these guys!

I had an emergency and needed someone ASAP. My usual company I would have had to wait for days. Ashley was able to get someone to come which was a Saturday. Jaason called to tell me he was in route and he indeed was on time. Very professional, dependable, knowledgeable, good communication and friendly. I just found my new plumbing company. Would highly recommend and I am very picky.

Quick response time. Have me an estimate before doing the work, so no surprises! Quick and efficient work. They cleaned up after themselves and did a very good and professional job!! Very pleasant and mannerly, yet very professional!! I will call them again if needed!!

D & S Plumbing is definitely the company you want to contact for any issues you might be having!! I've always used the same guy for all my plumbing issues and I had not been in contact with him for awhile so I was unable to reach him and I couldn't wait to see what the issue was so after researching for over an hour to find someone and reading some of the disastrous reviews I looked for local family owned businesses and that's how I was so Blessed to find D & S Plumbing. I called and a live person answered (didn't have to leave a message and hope for a call back) and she was So helpful and So friendly and she told me she could get someone to me between 6 and 8 to see what's going on but they might not be able to fix it till the next day unless it was an emergency. I said, Great!" and she scheduled it and I asked if they would call before heading this way and she said they would. And they did!! They were able to come earlier than 6 and arrived right at the time we had planned. The gentleman Jaason was so friendly, personable and especially knowledgeable about his job and assessed the situation quickly and went over the options of getting it fixed giving a thorough explanation. Believe Me if you have a problem, and no one is ready for when a plumbing issue comes up unexpectedly, then this company is the one you want to rely on. They will follow through on what they say they're going to do and do it in a timely manner. Hats off to a company that treats you with care and respect and does their best to help others in their time of need.

WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN!!!
First positive: Availability. Someone answered the phone. I'd called 2 other companies prior to coming across D & S Plumbing. I left messages and never received a call back
Second positive: Punctuality. I was given a 2 hr arrival window. My technician Seth called at least 30 minutes prior to the earliest time to say he was on the way and ETA.
Third positive: Efficient. He was able to diagnose and fix my issue in no time and even pointed out some other issues he noticed.
Fourth positive: Cherry on top. Seth was pleasant and explained what he was doing as he went along.

We had a major plumbing issue at our house about 3 weeks ago. Of course this happened on a Friday night. We called several plumbers, but couldn’t get anyone to come out. I got online, did a few searches, and found D&S Plumbing. Called them, they answered immediately, and came out the next morning. Two of our bathroom toilets were stopped up, not draining, and also two of our showers were not draining. We had a busted pipe that needed to be fixed in our front yard, and they had to add a clean out. Not really sure how to describe it. Anyway, Steven Price came out (had another guy with him too) and did a wonderful job. These guys were very professional, knowledgeable, extremely hard working and friendly. The truck they were driving looked brand new. There’s nothing I hate more than having a business person come to my house driving an old beat up van, dripping oil in my driveway. You don’t have to worry about that with D&S Plumbing! The guys from D&S are top notch! If we have any issues in the future, we will certainly use them again. We have even told our neighbors, and friends, about how good of a job they did at our home in Jackson.
