Alliance Fire Protection is the best. I have always been impressed in my business dealings with them. Their staff has always been courteous and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your fire protection needs.
The representatives who came out were very rude and acted like it was such an inconvenience for me to ask additional questions to get clarity on what information they needed. If I didn't have to engage with them, I wouldn't.

truck 158 very unprofessional driver , goes 1/2 mile down the center lane crossing the double yellow lines of the turn lane to bypass everyone waiting lawfully to get to the turn lane.

I am opening a new liquor store in Kennesaw and were suppose to be open on October 18, 2021. They lied to the GC about the permit application, never returned phone calls and nothing was submitted, they were unresponsive and have literally held our GC hostage. The job is 99% complete as of 10/2/2021 and NOTHING was done by their company. When I sent them an email telling them my complaints, the owner got all ticked off and quit. So unprofessional. They said they would refund the 50% deposit. Instead, we as the owners, are going to lose $750 per day after October 18, 2021. Who knows when I will be able to open....This could cost us $100,000. Make your own decisions about hiring this company. Just telling the truth here.

Having both been employed by & been a customer of Alliance Fire Protection Services, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. The staff has never been anything short of respectful, courteous & helpful. I would, & do, recommend this company to anyone needing fire protection, alarm or inspection services.
