Zero understanding what a deep cleaning look like. Zero understanding what a customer service is about. Charged my VIP clients $750 but left the house in the same filthy condition as before the "cleaning": dirty counters, dust everywhere, doors covered in fingerprints and spills, hardwoods not wiped thoroughly. He costed me very angry clients, $500 out of my pocket for another cleaners and lots of wasted time. When I tried to resolve the issue with him, man says he will be "very upset" if he has to drive back to the house to "touch up a couple of missed spots". It took another cleaning team 4+ hours to "touch up" his missed spots.
Air duct cleaning. Friendly young man. no brushes - used a roll0in suction device lifted to one vent in the whole house. I was told it was a negative air service that would reach the whole system. Ran 30 minutes and left. I paid $250 cash.
I was not convinced it did anything. The air filter was not removed and had no extra dust from return side. Lesson learned! I would not waste my $$ with them.

I told Ross, we have a baby coming out of the NICU so I'm willing to pay extra for deeper clean. We only have a 1200 sq ft home. But he charged $400. I communicated what I wanted, and he told me what they can and can not do. When the ladies got here the one who seemed to be in charge was very rude, and I had to point out basic things like a missed window and furniture. (I understand not wanting to be at work, but they straight up didn't do their job. we were actively helping them, and moving stuff around that whole time.)They also missed our ceiling fan, both bathroom fans, our table, my night stand, there was hair on and in our bath tub. I rarely ever leave a bad review, because I know businesses need to survive, but this was ridiculous and NOT what I paid for!!! When I asked for a portion of themoney back, he refused. I feel like I have been taken advantage of...
Edit: he claims our house was "very dirty" which we already had told him, and scheduled way ahead of time. But these were basic spots that have no excuse to be missed. Our house was NOT that dirty to miss a ceiling fan and basic stuff!!
