This company is displays so much racism! If you are black and you work for them you will be terminated without explanation and not paid all of your wages! I have had several reports and evidence come to my office with much proof that cannot be explained. Hopefully they work on equal employment opportunities!! The more reports we get the more will we leave reviews!!

I can’t attest to their work because they didn’t show. I called last week and made an appointment to receive a quote for some work I need completed. I have them on my calendar for 10am today. I called at 1 to see why they didn’t come and they said that their office doesn’t make appointments and that a technician would have had to call to schedule. I can’t remember the specifics of our conversation a whole week ago (I’m receiving quotes on multiple projects at my house), but I’m certain I didn’t conjure 10am Thursday out of thin air. But even if that is the case, a whole week later, a technician still hasn’t called to schedule an appointment? I’m sure they’re lovely, but they seem disorganized and the system they have for scheduling appointments is inefficient. I see from a previous review that I’m not alone in this assessment. Macon needs good, reliable business, so I do hope you can receive this constructively. Sincerely wishing you well.

If you need work done by an electrician, call Metro Power, Inc. They replaced the mast and meter box...and do exactly what they tell you they are going to do. They take care of everything...including calling GA Power when they had not shown up to turn the power back on at 7 pm. Chad Campbell and the electrician with him (I don't know his name) were excellent. They give a fair price and go beyond the expectation of customer service. They get a 5 star rating from us and we will use them again for any electrical needs.

I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. The electrician by the name of Matthew tried to pass incomplete work by the inspector and tried to blame the inspector. I was without power for 8 days for a job that should have taken 3 hours max. I had food to spoil because of incorrect completion dates. When I tried to request compensation for the lack of work, his superior Emmanuel Hall told me that I can take them to court, then hung up in my face. The lack of professionalism with the entire company has me very disappointed in the whole service. I even reached out to corporate and no one has called back. If I could rate them -10, I would. Beware.

Said they would put me on the schedule and have someone call me back, whatever that meant. Never heard another word from them>" on Edit. They called me today( 2 days later) and said they could be here in 30 mins. Showed up, great guys and did a good job at a fair price. Evidently the corporate office adds you to the schedule and the electrician calls you when he gets to you on the schedule. Which makes no sense, I just happened to be off work and at home when they called. End the end it all worked out, but the odds of me being home 2 days after the call were low.
