They were very pleasant to work with and did a great installation. We are using it to carry heavy loads up and down the stairs with the remote control. I am sure in the future as we get older, we will be riding it too.

Efren arrived as scheduled and was quick and efficient during the removal and installation process. He also took the time to explain all the features of the lift and patiently answered any questions I had. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly for any of your stairlift needs.

The experience with AmeriGlide was perfect. Paige came to our home. She was a delight from the very beginning. We ordered the stairlift. It was delivered as promised and looks great in our home. First we had the pleasure of purchasing through Paige and then the installer, Efren, was the exact same way. Efren was wonderful. He installed the lift. Efren was so easy to talk to, as well as making the instructions easy to understand for my 90-year-old parents. Thank you again to Paige and Efren for the great purchase. The lift is working beautifully and it looks great.

Wow!! Customer Service with this company is beyond great! Every person during every interaction has been courteous, professional, and caring - from the receptionist answering the phone, to Paige who came out promptly to give a quote, to the Owner, Lisa, who arranged to make this happen immediately, to the lady who called to confirm arrangements, and the installer, Efren. Very positive experience! Efren is awesome; he was very patient, knowledgeable and professional! After the training and inspection, he packed up all boxes and everything before leaving. Most importantly, the empathy and understanding that he displayed was much appreciated, we adore him! Haley and Katy were very pleasant to work with and answered all of our questions and made the whole process go smoothly! We can’t say enough about the employees that we dealt with! He installed the chair lift, showed us how it worked and answered all our questions. Ameriglide is a wonderful company. Contacted this company regarding getting a service call out to troubleshoot my stairlift. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even got me on the phone with their technician to see if they could resolve issue without coming out to home. They did have to send someone out and luckily for me they were able to come out within 3 hours after I made my call on my off day so it worked out. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful and resolved an issue I’ve been trying to troubleshoot on my own for past week. Thank you for being a good honest company with up front pricing, would definitely contact you again in the future if I need assistance.
