I am writing to share a concerning experience I had with one of Otis Elevator Company's drivers in the Atlanta metro area. Last Wednesday at approximately 1:00pm, I witnessed a company vehicle with the license plate OBK8373 being driven recklessly on I-85N . The driver was speeding, making sudden lane changes without signaling, and honking aggressively, which caused other drivers to make dangerous, wrongful turns. This behavior is not only alarming but also highly unsafe. It put multiple road users, including myself, at risk. As a company known for its commitment to safety and reliability, Otis should ensure that all its employees adhere to traffic laws and drive responsibly. I urge Otis Elevator Company to address this issue promptly, identify the driver, and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future. The safety of the community should always come first. I hope this review brings attention to the matter and prompts necessary actions.

WORST ELEVATOR COMPANY EVER!!! Our elevators have been down for 40 days with no repair in sight. Our residents are walking up 10 flights of stairs multiple times a day for 40 days. They are awful to get in communication with and pass the blame around. No accountability. Do not recommend, go with any other company.

It took two months for them to fix our issue. Three times they were supposed to show up, they did not. This is not the first bad experience we've had with them. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend.

Chris the supervisor was phenomenal. He provided the most outstanding , extraordinary. Customer care ever!! He deserves a 5 -step salary increase immediately!! We thank him so much for his professionalism !!!

Unfortunately, the lowest I am able to rate them is 1 star. Their customer service is the absolute worst. You have to constantly follow up on them to get answers regarding billing and service. It took us three months to get our annual elevator test scheduled which caused us to fail our first inspection with the county. I am told by one person that our account is current and we have nothing to worry about, only to be told by someone else months later that we have $19k of back bills. You are constantly passed along to someone else in email threads (if you can even get someone to email you back). It is my understanding that all elevator companies are awful, but I can say my experience with Otis has been the worst. 0/10 would recommend.

The absolute worst company I have ever worked with! My building has been without working elevators for months. They don't reply to emails or calls and we can't get an answer as to when we will be back in order. It's a nightmare!!
