Horrible place to work! The management is horrible! They don’t treat people the same. They have favoritism! Just a complete mess

Horrible Service. They never keep you updated with an ETA of service. If a tech isn’t available during the normal office hours then they won’t tell you and you will have to go without an elevator until the next day unless you want to pay for overtime hours. Sick right? They’ll rather you have an elevator down until the next day unless you pay more money even though you notified them during the normal hours. Then they (Chris) lie and say they’ll give you the overtime tech for free and still never have the tech come and service the elevator. Honestly just poor customer service and they lie and spin you in circles just to get you off the phone. Not to mention the first representative hung up the phone on me and I had to call back. Then they lied about sending a tech. Just one of the sickest things I’ve experienced when they could have just updated me earlier in the day and not 10 hours later when I had to call for the update after I requested to be notified. The result was an elevator down for the next 24 hours after Chris lied about sending an overtime tech at no charge and unhappy residents because of the worst customer service experience TK Elevator has provided.
