I needed a hot water heater, and Apex was recommended by a friend. One of the easiest transactions I've ever made, and a name brand product at $100 cheaper than what was offered at the two local big box stores. I'll be a loyal customer, and highly recommend Apex.

Our Ac from this warehouse bought thru a contractor has not worked since received, I feel they should back the product they have in the supply house but instead customers are having to jump thru hoops just to get a working product. I definitely understand faulty products can happen but good customer service is accepting the blame on distributing the faulty items, taking responsibility and rectifying a situation. I will not be referring rheem products to any of my friends or family in the up coming future.

Decent selection. Most of the part selection is in an employee only accessible area (apparently).
Store entrance is difficult to find. It's on the side of the building on the loading dock.
Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible (up a steap loading ramp).
