I had an entire 2 level HVAC system replaced. Prior to deciding to go with Coolray I had three additional quotes. Coolray was in the middle as far as cost goes, but their service and communication during the process was better than all of the others. The sales person and account manager worked through different scenarios for me and were in communication with the installation team throughout the process. The team that installed the system respected my home, did a great job answering all questions, and worked professionally until the job was done. I’m very pleased with Coolray.
Update 7/14 Our new system was installed yesterday! Woke up this morning and the house is HOT! Only to discover the fan is laying in the bottom of our unit. We call the on call dispatch and she kept pushing for us to schedule the repair for tomorrow instead of today! We have a child in the home who is medically fragile and cannot tolerate the heat! VERY DISAPPOINTED! It is currently 3:01 and someone should be out at some time this afternoon - let’s see if they show!
Our technician Dylan was absolutely phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. He explained everything & answered every question we had. We’re suppose to be receiving a quote & looking to definitely purchase a new system! Hopefully they are just as knowledgeable and respectful as Dylan!

Technician Shawn showed up within 24 hrs of my placing an emergency call. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. I am grateful and thankful for Shawn and also for how Dwayne, on-call customer service person, who was most kind, polite and helpful during my late night call for help. I appreciate Shawn’s quality job and highly recommend him.

Christian Arnold along with the Coolray team were fantastic. Christian was helpful, informative and offered suggestions like a surge protector for making our unit better. Overall the scheduling staff has been amazing about helping with billing questions, scheduling and overall basic customer service needs. Coolray has been a part of our family for generations, and we’re proud to see they are still the same great people offering great service.

I was very satisfied with my experience and service with Coolray. Our technician Dylan was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment. He arrived less than 2 hours from booking the appointment, and was done in less than half an hour. My issue was remedied, and he even let us know about a maintenance plan to keep our units running well. Very friendly and respectful. I would absolutely recommend them.

Outstanding experience! Sales, install, and follow up to address a pulsating hum and bent condenser fins was top notch! 20 year old HVAC system replaced and couldn’t be any happier with my experience with Coolray! Addressed and approached every concern I had, only 3. Something I’d like to see them improve upon would be their acceptance inspections on parts received from their suppliers. Hate to see the Coolray name be tarnished by their suppliers shipping damaged parts to them. Evaporator coil fins were damaged and condenser coil fins were bent. Dustin made sure a replacement evaporator coil was expedited to my residence from their warehouse the same day the installers were working so they could complete the install. Larry and Alex were very professional and masters of their install craft! My OCD appreciates the time and care they took to install the system. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing how they routed the wiring and duct work. Erik came out and addressed the noise from the unit and corrected the bent condenser fins. He even went above and beyond to correct the internal fins even though I mentioned not to worry about them as the area was minor and it would require more effort to pull the top of the unit off to access them. I was pleased he took the initiative to make it all whole! So, overall my experience was the best I could ask for! Incredible job Coolray team! You’ve earned a customer for life!! Outstanding customer service is alive and well in our marketplace! 5 star experience!

Russell did an outstanding job. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained everything and answered all questions- even concerning plumbing not related to this particular job. I feel that I know my house better. Our leaky pipe was fixed on a day and time that was convenient for us without having to wait a week or two like other places said we would have to. No more leak. Area was as clean as it was before repair. Couldn't tell anything had happened (other than things being much more dry). Options and recommendations for other areas of our home were explained completely and offered without being too pushy. Feel that prices are higher with Mr. Plumber/Cool Ray but repairs are done more promptly and when more convenient. The service provided is also next level. I definitely have more confidence in these people/companies after the experiences that I've had with others. Thank you Russell and Mr. Plumber!

We had an expansion tank replaced, I was very impressed with the customer service, attention to detail and the willing to answer any question that we had. The process of making an appointment and a technician arriving was really fast. And as a customer that is what I look for fast and prompt effortless. I recommend Mr plumber for all your plumbing needs. Rod C.

These men who put in my unit never stopped working. They were considerate of my house and furniture, would stop and explain anything when I asked, and were extremely nice. When the job was done, they cleaned up after themselves and left my house in the same condition…maybe better, than when they started. Josh, the gentleman who first came out to the house suggested a better solution than what we were figuring, less evasion in going through multiple walls and ceilings and far more economical. I highly recommend this company.
