From our first meeting with Jake Mifsud to our last Punch List Inspection with Omar, we can't give enough complements about Nelson Exteriors. They presented us with a very detailed proposal explaining every nut, bolt and all products that would be used during the entire process of the project with pricing. Nelson Exteriors is so easy to work with that we will use them again for our house painting. The crew knew exactly what was to be done and kept us informed when items, not anticipated, were revealed. They worked steadily, meticulously on all work and stayed on the project until it was totally completed. Instead of replacing the wood we decided to use Trex for the entire project. Below is the comparison of the before and after our project. If you are in need for a repair or replacement of any outside project, do call Nelson Exteriors.

Nelson Exteriors did a great job of staining our deck and porch. From the beginning with our sales representative, Chris, to everyone involved. A big shout out to Alexis and Lazaro for helping us sort through this somewhat complicated project. A very efficient and tidy paint crew also did a fantastic job in making everything look amazing. Very pleased with our results.

Nelson Exteriors did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them. Jake (sales) was on time, attentive, very patient and worked on the proposal updates we requested while listening and addressing all our concerns. Our project manager, Jeff, helped us maneuver the project and kept us in timeline as we needed to complete all work by a certain date. He oversaw building of porch, deck and full exterior painting. Always made sure we were happy with work as we went along each phase. The Nelson Exteriors team did a wonderful job. They listen to our concerns and made adjustments when needed. We are very happy with their work and our house looks awesome and feels even better! Thank you Nelson Exteriors team for making our dream a reality ????

Nelson Exteriors were great to work with on replacing the siding, trim, paint, and gutters on our house. The entire process from having the sales person come out to the house, to install and painting went smooth. Their price was extremely competitive with other contractors. I would highly recommend Nelson Exteriors.

I initially contacted Salesman Jake from Nelson for other projects. But settled for Nelson Exteriors to rebuild our front steps. On project day, the team arrived on time, along with materials, and demo was quick. Project Manager, Jorge arrived and we discussed the process/design of the steps and the team got to work. Throughout the build over 2 days Jorge and myself kept in touch communicating clearly on next steps. I have to say the build went really well. Yes! there was minor rework in a couple areas. However, the Nelson team did a great job correcting those areas. Prior to exterior painting taking place, we received several compliments on the stairs. I also have to thank the Nelson team for hitting our timing milestone. It was key that the stairs were completed that week, as our home was being painted the following week.
