The inspector, Tracy Wilson, was phenomenal…he was personable , professional and extremely thorough, providing an orientation prior to starting the inspection and giving a detailed summary once completed. The report was also available the same day.

In my search of looking for home inspectors, I ran across Avalon Home Inspections here on Google, and I see why this company have the greatest reviews. The customer service alone is beyond exceptional. I was greeted with nothing but kindness and hospitality over the phone. This also transpired through the actual home inspector as well. Dylan Stoudt was very thorough with his inspection. This guy is truly a gem and is very knowledgeable and knows what to look for in a new construction home inspection. In addition, he went above and beyond with explaining to me about the different things he noticed and what he had notated. In addition, he took a few measurements that I needed for appliance purposes which was the cherry on top. I definitely recommend this company, because their employees are truly passionate about their job, and it shows. To top it all off, I received my inspection report the same day! I would also recommend adding the Gold Package which comes with thermal imaging. This camera will detect any leaks or improper insulation in the home.
