William, Hunter, and Eduardo were wonderful. They had to replace my Mitsubishi split system. They kept me updated and explained the various stages of their work in detail. In addition, they were quite expeditious in completing the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
My experience was spectacular. Mr Bryant customer service skills were outstanding and his knowledge base was is incredible.

Actually knew what to do on my complicated system. We’ve had multiple other companies come out and not be able to fix it (we paid them to fix it they just didn’t) so we are very pleased that somebody is both able and willing to fix it.

Mr. Bryant was very timely in scheduling his appointment with us to inspect and repair our heating system. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, trustworthy, and adept at his profession. After diagnosing our problem, he gave us several options as a resolution. He also is fair in his pricing. I highly recommend him and his services.

I have been working with this company since mid December. The project was suppose to be done by the first of the year. I have been delayed several times because of licensing issues on their part. They did some work and had the inspector come and he failed their work. So they take another week to plan how to fix it and then tell me it will be another week before they can do the work. Its the middle of January at this point and they said for me to pay a deposit after they already failed inspection once now they asking for a deposit which is fine. they asking for 4 thousand dollars as a deposit and give me a few hours to pay it before giving up my appointment. No curtesy check to see the status of me paying it or anything. Its already been 3 weeks since it was suppose to be done, Now they pgive my appointment up knowing this is a time sensitive matter and they already held me up 3 weeks on their end. Its almost February and the job is still not done. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

William Bryant did amazing work. He was available to come same day I called. I had to schedule him the following day due to my work schedule, in which he came before 10am. He is very professional and knowledgeable. William was able to troubleshoot my issue and took time to show me and explain what caused my problem.
Definitely recommend this company and I will be using William again in the future.

My family have used this company a few times over the years and we can say this is one of the most reliable, honest, knowledgeable, professional, persistent companies we've ever dealt with. Mr. William Bryant himself is caring, friendly, polite, compassionate, a family man, and very determined to finish the job promptly and correctly. It's difficult to find honest contractors but I believe we have definitely found one in William! If your family is looking for a heating and air contractor, I highly recommend this company. I've lived in Henry county all my life so I've dealt with companies that have been around for 20+ years and they all let my family down. Then we ran into My Aire and almost instantly noticed the difference in this particular company bc their service stands out. I found this company online and the reviews helped me decide to call so I do hope this will help someone as well.

Extremely professional work. The team is polite, knowledgable and quick. Best contractor experience I have had. A new install in a work room, it made an incredible difference in usability.
