This could have been a complete disaster. The measurement team is terrible. The original team cancelled on me the day they were supposed to come out. And the second team neglected to notice I have a window sill over the sink that extends out 1 1/2". Thus when they drilled the hole for the faucet, it was too close to the wall and I couldn't install the faucet. (It interfered with the windowsill). If not for the heroic efforts of the installer, Alex, I would have had to buy another countertop. I was told they drill the faucet hole for all countertops at the same distance from the wall. How could this be? Funny the webpage photo shows a window with a sill above the sink. (and they don't measure for that?) It's a good product, they communicate well, and Alex from the install team went way beyond to repair the problem. But until they hire competent people for measure, I can not recommend. It could have been a disaster.

Low quality installation and poor customer service. Had the company install kitchen and bathroom granite. They installed backsplash in a way that didn't allow me to install faucets. They installed sinks that did not align with facet holes. They came out and fixed the backsplash so faucets could be installed, but the sink holes still don't align with the faucets. I asked to speak to a manager numerous times and never received a call from them. My sales person stop responding to emails. We have given up and just accepted the end result. May want to shop around if you are in the market for countertops. Also, read their contract too. No liability for drywall damage (and they damage it) and they offer haul away but don't haul away old sinks (despite that not be clear in their contract.

We happened upon Granco when we were shopping around for granite countertops - and we couldn’t have been happier. Debbie was our consultant and was fantastic to work with, friendly and very helpful. Our installers (Julio was the main guy) were just as great - timely, polite & explained every step of the way. They were very efficient with the kitchen counters & under mount sink (3 pictures with white cabinets) and the bath vanity (which included 2 under mount sinks). Our agreed upon timeline was met with no issues. We will definitely be back when we renovate the guest bath. Thanks to everyone at Granco - you’ve made this portion of our renovation painless! You have made our list of companies that we would recommend to others.

So happy with my new kitchen countertops! They make my kitchen look so much bigger and brighter. Debi was so helpful showing us all the slabs Granco had available to choose from. It was so easy because they were all on display beautifully in the warehouse. We chose a gorgeous quartzite with very striking veining. The kitchen turned out so beautiful that we decided to do the bathroom countertops as well with the remnants from the kitchen. That work was completed this week and they look beautiful also. Very happy with all of the workers. Very professional!
