I applied for a job in November 2023 and was told I would be better suited for a position that was coming up in February 2024. Applied. Interviewed. Interview was very one sided. I did not have a degree and Diana knew that. Lots of questions that were directly related to bookkeeping and being a QBs customer service rep, I was somewhat surprised they were asked. Then the diversification of employees was brought up. I felt very out of place because she kept saying this. Would not answer what she meant by this diversification statement. The next thing you know I was turned down for the job. More than qualified and probably over qualified with 30 years of bookkeeping experience. But that’s ok, because I was offered a much better fit and didn’t have to deal with Diana who was completely over the top with these questions.
