Gate was exactly what we wanted and of high quality. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. Danielle kept me updated constantly on the progress of the job which also required the power company to place power to the location. The installers did an excellent job and we were given excellent operation and maintenance instructions at the conclusion of the project. It was expensive but we certainly got what we paid for.

From the time I made my first call to request an estimate to the final gate installation I was very impressed with the crew at Atlanta Gate. Robin was always very sweet and helpful when I called and asked questions. When Shane showed up to give me the estimate he was very nice and patient with all our questions and got back to us quickly with a detailed estimate. When Tim, Bob and Bear showed up to do the initial and final installs they were prompt, professional, friendly and showed an attention to detail that I greatly appreciated. I called to have them come out to make a minor adjustment and they were here the next morning. Very impressed with this company. Quality craftsmanship and great customer service.

We had a great experience with Atlanta Gate Company. Shane and the team are extremely professional and provided an amazing service. We got a few options for the work we wanted to do at our house and Shane provided the pros and cons for each. The work was done much faster than promised and the price was very competitive compared to 3 other companies. The installation team, (Rob, Larry, Jason and Tim) did a clean and skilled work. Highly recommended to work with them!!!

We had a great experience with Atlanta Gate Company! We obtained several quotes before selecting AGC. Our determination wasn’t based solely on price (which was competitive but higher than some). It was based on the level of customer service and product quality of the company as well as the consultative approach used by Shane when he came out to discuss our project. Shane helped us design our entry and custom gate. Robin communicated updates throughout and coordinated the setup of our call box. Overall, the process took approximately 8 weeks to complete due to the masonry, electrical, and gate work involved, but Shane set our expectations in the beginning so we wouldn’t be disappointed. The end product is beautiful! We absolutely love the design and really enjoyed working with the team on this project. Everyone was extremely professional and personable. I’d like to give a big shout out to Tim, Bob, and Robbie who completed our install. They stayed until everything looked and operated to our satisfaction. We hope to have them return next year to replace some of our fence. Thank you, again, Atlanta Gate Company!!
