We had 30 old rotten wooden windows replaced with beautiful fiber glass Marvin windows and could not be happier. I've never had a such a wonderful experience having work done on our house. Davis Window & Door are hands down the most professional, competent and dependable company you could ever ask for.
Marcy is a great sales person. First step was a meeting at our house, then she met me a their showroom and helped me pick the best windows for our house and our budget.
The real testament to how fantastic Davis Window & Door is has to be their install team lead by Victor. Most of our windows are elevated and not easy to access, we had some major rot that needed repairing and had an old arched window reconfigured to be squared off. The team was beyond efficient and meticulous - to say the least. I really had no comprehension of how talented and capable a window install team needs to be until I witnessed Victor and his crew - they are true craftsmen. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. They work in a such a respectful manner that added to the overall awesome experience.
What a great company. Starting with Andrew the sales person to Nicholas who did an awesome job installing a door and a window keeping everything clean and tidy. Would recommend 100 percent.

Review on Behalf of Eco-Tech. Davis Window and Door was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Getting our project quoted was easy and their team was easy to get ahold of. Any questions we had they were able to answer quickly. We had specific color painted windows so the material took time to come from the manufacturer but once it arrived Davis was onsite the next week and got the project done in one day. The team onsite was really nice and did a great job. Windows look great and everyone here loves them.

Blaylor and his crew did an exceptional job installing over 30 windows. They were meticulous and took great care in their work. They were also great in explaining any issues they ran into. Would highly recommend them without hesitation.

We are repeat customers of Davis Window and Door because of their customer service, selection, and quality of product, but most importantly their communication throughtout the entire process of selecting the right window up through installation. DW&D were upfront with every detail of the transaction, and for a second time we are extremely happy with the windows they installed. It was a pleasure getting to know the staff at DW&D, starting with Lori's initial consultation to Nicholas/Alfredo who did the installation. It took some time to have our windows custom made for our 1964 ranch, but it was understandable and definitely worth the wait and a great fit. I will use DW&D for our next project, the front door, and would recommend anyone else considering windows and doors to call Davis Window and Doors. They will definitely keep you in the loop!

Top quality work and very reasonable pricing. Davis Window and Door installed a new bay window, double front doors and rear entry door, plus replace a half-moon window with brick fill-in. The installation went very smooth, was completed in reasonable time and the work was perfect. The only criticism I have is that we had to wait almost 3 months for the doors and window to get ordered and there was no communication during that time to keep me up to date with the process. It would have been great if their office had called me once or twice to reassure me that the products are on their way, especially after having paid a 50% deposit.

Davis window technician are amazing. I had 4 windows replaced. These two technicians are perfectionist, they made sure everything was done before leaving. These guys worked in the rain. They are respectful and highly professional. I am so pleased with the work that has been done. My 40 year old home looks like a new house.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new windows from Davis Window and Door. We needed 33 windows replaced — a big job— and met with all the known window replacement companies. Jim met with us multiple times and was always available to answer questions… very patient, no pressure. When we finally decided and got the project underway, the Davis team communicated with us frequently . Victor and his install team was FANTASTIC! They arrived on time every day, worked hard, kept things very neat, and were great to have. The windows are GORGEOUS and the install was very fast. Couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend Davis and the Marvin windows!

They will send you a experienced sales man but send you horrible installers who damage your property. I made Angela aware of the situation only to never get a response. They can't even verify that the windows I paid for with "noise reduction" are the windows I received because no noise has been reduced compared to my original windows. I will attach pictures of the damage to my plants, gutters, siding left cracked and black grease all around where the installers took it off then put it back up. They left dirt, residue from windows being taken out inside for days without vacuuming before working outside on the installation. Nails and aluminum pieces from the J-channel all in my flower beds and grass where my 2 small children play. I was told by Robert that I need to pressure wash my house yet this wasn't dirt that was on my siding before the installers who were supposed to clean everything up. To top it off a window I ordered to open in my bathroom doesn't open and no one can verify if I actually received the product I ordered and paid for. The installers also flushed paper towels in my toilet, left saw dust all in my garage, used my kid's bathroom without my permission and left white plastic (same as around the windows inside) dirt all over the sink and floor so my kids would walk all over it, my window frame inside left cracked that I saw after the blinds they installed back up fell on me, I asked for my AC unit to be covered however it wasn't and they used it to store their nails and screws, my outdoor outlet was taken off the wall completely. Candy wrappers and drink containers left thrown in my yard. Please think twice before you do business here I have not been made of any solutions to these issues that I brought to their attention and each time I asked the installer a question I was ignored and met with dirty looks. I interviewed 4 other window companies in the area and sadly went with this one due to them having slightly better reviews. Since the window installation I've asked the company CEO how to verify I have the correct windows and have only received a call from the regional sales manager to just say these are the correct windows. I've multiple times asked why the windows heat up inside to 96 degrees on a 55 degree day and I have documented each time the surface temperatures of windows and the outdoor temperature. I was sold on these windows bc the salesman said they will filter out the heat (low e, coating and double pane) however the windows do not do that. No one will answer my questions as to why the windows do not do as stated at the time of sale. From day one of installation I've been trying to resolve this issue to no avail. I have contacted corporate office and will have to figure how to get my concerns addressed. If the windows were installed defective or if I was sold a product that states it does all these things however it does NOT.
