Best experience. Guy was pleasant and knowledgeable. Fixed my doors in less than 30 minutes and even cleaned the windows on my doors. Great job was done and you can’t go wrong with renewal by Anderson from the salesperson and installers to the after the work is done people. Quick service. If you need windows give RBA.
Sergio Rodriquez was the best service tech I have ever had. He fixed the screen door and heavy door, adding extra things to the doors and making sure I was happy with the outcome. Besides that, he brought his own vacuum cleaner, and even cleaned the glass doors. On top of that, he was very respectful, nice, and worked hard. He didn’t even want to take my tip, but I made him! Perfection! Thank you!

Wow....what a great experience . I must say they are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, certified master installers. They took time to explain what and how they would complete the job. After the job was completed, they cleaned up and demonstrated how to open and close windows properly. I will be ordering more windows and requesting the same crew for the next job. My family room feels cooler now. We are very happy with the results...God bless you

Just had remeasure done for our second set of two exterior doors. The first set of doors are awesome, and we're installed very well. We had an awesome salesman, Wayne. The remeasure, Patrick, is very professional, and makes sure all the measurements and other particulars are accurately documented. Do not waste your time with some of the other door companies. Start with Renewal by Anderson.

Excellent quality and workmanship. The process went well from beginning to end. The installation team was very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They made sure that everything was cleaned before they left. Also Wayne Fitzgerald was very professional and informative. Everyone deserves a "10" rating.

Renewal by Andersen did a superb job installing a new rear door in my house. The installer did a magnificent job explaining what they were doing and addressed all of my concerns. They also replaced the damaged baseboards and sheetrock that was damaged by the rain. I highly recommend this company.

Second UPDATE: Renewal by Andersen sent some one out to do a water test. They found one other leaky area that needed to be calked. This seems to have resolved our water issue. They also sent someone out to repair and repaint the damaged area. This was a contract worker who did an excellent job. I had paid him a bit more so that he would paint the whole wall as apparently Renewal by Andersen was only paying to paint the damaged area.
They also returned to replace the damaged sashes. The new sashes still were no where near perfect. They have a lot of scratches on them and have a lot of stray white calk around the edges that should have been cleaned up. However, at this point I am done with trying to get them right.
First UPDATE: Shortly after posting this review the Renewal by Andersen team has reached out and is working hard to make things right. They are working to ensure the water issue is resolved and get our window frame issues fixed. I'm very happy that they are taking this issue seriously and will continue to update this review as our experience evolves.
Our experience with Renewal by Andersen has been less than ideal to borderline nightmare. We were referred by a friend who had a wonderful experience. We were excited about working with Renewal by Andersen because of the high quality products they offered and the fact that they also handled the installation. We thought that paying a premium price would result in a premium experience.
The sales person did a great job of explaining the products and working with us to make the right decisions. Several month later it was finally time for the install. The first red flag was they wanted to condense our 2 day build into 1 day. We were ensured that they were sending out their best installer and it would be no problem to install the windows and door in 1 day. The came out the day before Thanksgiving. To their credit, they completed the install in one day. I think they wrapped things up about 10pm that night, long after our Thanksgiving guest had arrived. We were up till the early morning putting furniture back to get ready for Thanksgiving.
Since it was dark when the team left we couldn't really see how the windows looked from the outside. Since the next day was Thanksgiving we were busy and didn't really look hard at them. A couple days later I went out to look at them and noticed several windows had defects on their frames. Lots of deep scratches and marks. Not something I would expect for a product that costs so much.
We reported these issues. The site manager came out and confirmed the issues. They were able to fix some of them and said others would need to be replaced. It would take several months to get these replacements. Finally in February someone came out to do the replacements.However, they only were able to replace 50% of the windows that had defects because some of the replacement parts were actually worse than the ones we had. So we will have to go through this process again.
On top of that one of the installed windows was not sealed properly and water has leaked in damaging paint and drywall. They came out to do a "water test". Before they did the test they noticed the issues and caulked the cracks. It is unclear if this will fix the issue as they never did the "water test". They did not offer to fix the damage caused.
To make all the issues worse it seems like the company is terrible about communicating internally. My wife and I have spent a great deal of time talking to different departments and trying to get them all on the same page. They never even got my name right. My wife and I have different last names so they would always call asking if I was Mr. Jordan, even after correcting them several times. One time they even refused to talk to me because I would not go by Mr. Jordan.
So disappointed in my experience. I really hope our issues get resolved some day. I would love to be able to update this review and say that they had made everything right but I am not holding my breath.

I had a Sliding Glass Door installed by Renewal By Anderson in my sunroom. From the beginning, they were very customer service oriented. They did a great job installing my door, but it did have a little problem come up, and Renewal By Anderson immediately set me up with an appointment to fix it. They sent this nice young man named Josh To get it working. He was professional, efficient, Noticed the tiniest speck of caulk was keeping the door from locking they live by their guarantee. I plan on using them to install my windows as well soon. Thank you Josh for a job well done. Thanks Renewal By Anderson for sending your Best technician you have.out to fix my door. I will be a returning customer for sure

Installation crew was here on time at 8:00am and got right to work. They completed the job by 12:30. Looks great, cleaned up after themselves. Great job and crew. Highly recommend them. Also very good customer service. Worked diligently the whole time they were here.
