Bad experience all around! I went in with my measurements and expected that the tile sales person would order the correct amount of tile. I needed seven (7) more boxes! This shortage caused my tile installer and me problems! I called this store three times concerning this and each time…I was told a different story about when the needed tile would arrive. After the third call I decided to look elsewhere for a solution. I went to Lowes and got the needed tile that same day…so that the tile installer would return and work could continue. I returned the useless two boxes to Daltile …and I am still waiting for a refund. I found this store to be unreliable!

Just delivered there few pallets of tiles, they have one dock, they took 30 minutes to unload. Nice employees.

I stopped in today 3/1/21, to see what they had to offer because I am remodeling my kitchen. I couldn’t get in because the doors were locked. I walked around to the contractors entrance where all the employees and two other people were. I felt awkward as all eyes were now on me and all the laughter had stopped. I asked if they were open since I couldn’t get in through the front entrance? One employee answered yes and showed me into the showroom. She explained that the other employee had a cancellation with her appointment and that’s why the doors were locked. I then asked if I needed to make an appointment? She looked me up and down and answered a flat no. Then she disappeared back into the contractor area and the laughter began. I began looking at tile samples and felt a little lost. Another employee escorted a gentleman in and showed him a sample and then left him! What ever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? I mean, do you want to make a sale or what? I thought to myself that at any minute someone is going to come into the showroom and show me some tile samples and really wow me!
It never happened!
I almost went back into the contractor room to let them know that hey!!! I HAVE MONEY AND WANT TO SPEND IT!!!
You know what? They don’t deserve my business since I wasn’t important enough to even speak to!

Very Professional and Knowledgeable, had everything we needed, and great ideas that actually saved us money in the long run, will definitely be going back. I Highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service. The showroom is beautiful with so many choices. The showroom designer had so many ideas to help me pick the perfect tile for my kitchen!!

We went in and not a person even acknowledged we were there. No customers but a woman was standing in a doorway talking, she turned looked at us and continued talking. We waited a while then left. Thought maybe they don't sell ti the public.

I live in gwinnett so this location is a little too far for me however, they had what I needed. The people working there were nice as can be and knowledgeable about what I needed. The man delivering my order was even kind enough to try and bring it around to my car that was parked out front. I didnt need the help but it was nice of him to offer.
