I used Joe to convert from a septic system and ver to city sewer. He was professional, on time and on budget. He even ran a camera down the over 200’ of sewer pipe to show there was no low spots(bellies) that would cause future clogs. I was so pleased with his work, I had him create a gravel area to park my camper.

Although I did not use this company, my neighbors did. This company drove all over my lawn and ruined my grass. They also left their project abruptly and left tons of rock and gravel that they were using on my grass and my lawn. I now have a huge section of my lawn destroyed and turned into mud bc of them. Upon talking to Joe in person and calling him about this problem, he told me that the neighbors insurance money ran out and they will not do any more work, although they destroyed my lawn. I replied saying that I did not hire them but they destroyed my lawn and were responsible for it. They told me the same thing, the insurance ran out and they aren’t doing any more work. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Thank you for ruining my lawn.

Joe is fantastic. During the final stages of closing my home, he took on the difficult task of getting a 10 year old permit closed on the property. He accomplished the task efficiently and quickly. I was able to close by the deadline.

Hired this company to do some work for me and I found out this guy takes other jobs on while in the process of working on your job! Several weeks into the job still not completed and several thousands down the drain. He definitely does not know much about construction and I know that his reviews comes from employees. Done some searching and discovered several customers are unhappy with joes work and workmen ship. Also stating that he’s over charged them , I’m not sure how this guy is in business but I sure can tell ya he’s a conman and scam artist. I will definitely advise people to find someone else other than joe and his crazy employees.. beware of his nice personality and false info !
