We’re very pleased with the switch to American Alarm from another provider. Easy switch over and a good price with our 3 year contract commitment. We had a heat sensor installed in the garage by them which is also now monitored through our system and it was a simple, cost effective add on and the pease of mind it gives us is priceless. We recommend American Alarm.
I’ve been a customer of American Alarm for a decade. I’ve had my share of false alarms and they have ALWAYS responded immediately. I’ve used their service guys several times and they are always knowledgeable and prompt. They don’t jack up their rates on you once you’re a customer either. I’m super happy with them all around.

We have been using American Alarm Corp for over 10 years and we have been very pleased with their service since day one. Not only is their monitoring service more reasonably priced than the big name companies, but they also provide excellent customer service with prompt response times. I've only needed to use them a few times for equipment repairs but the techs have always been very friendly and polite and they always respond quickly and complete the repairs to my full satisfaction for a reasonable price.

American Alarm Corporation is fantastic!! I leased a building for my business that had all the hardware and wiring for the security system but super old. You can tell they haven't use it in years. Any other company would have had me update the hardware but not American Alarm Corporation. They installed a new communication card, checked all the existing hardware to make sure it was working properly and set it all up. Their pricing is very reasonable and I have peace of mind that my business is monitored and protected while I'm away.

American Alarm was an inspired move on my part. They are always there for me, always keeping my alarm system in perfect working order, and they never, ever rip me off. They keep it affordable. In addition, I was on the board of an organization in Roswell that needed a new alarm company so I told them about mine. They checked out American Alarm, signed on, and they have been as happy as I am. ?
