Here is how I came up with three stars. Speed and Service - 5 stars Pricing - 1 star They responded quickly and resolved the issue quickly. The price was over $500 in labor for 1 hour of work. That is just the labor. Most service call companies I work with have a call out fee, per hour rate and then material is separate. I have never paid more than $150 an hour for MEP work. If you want to use them, get a firm price in advance. Don't risk it. Your wallet will thank you.
