I’ve had nothing but the best service from old coast for my HVAC, I always feel my concerns are addressed in a manner I understand, I never feel pressured to upgrade on anything but am given options if I choose. They have gone above and beyond in getting the correct parts when needed. The gentleman who arrive are Courteous and knowledgeable, thank you, will definitely recommend you.

To start off, I dealt with years of getting phone calls from other HVAC companies asking if I was ready for a new AC unit or pressuring me into one. Old Coast NEVER once searched my data to find my phone number. I actually heard about this company through a neighbor who rents multiple houses in the Richmond Hill area. I called Old Coast and Canaday’s to schedule two different walk through to get a feel for both.
Let’s just say, Mr. Roy from Old Coast is the best for a in depth walkthrough. Extremely knowledgeable about the equipment, specs, and the industry. NOT ONCE did he feed me a bunch of info and say “alright let’s make the deal.” He was patient with me and my wife. Made sure that we understood everything we needed to fee comfortable with our purchase. Not once did he bash the other company or try to use them as a crutch for us to pick his company. He was able to offer a deal to beat Canaday and he actually PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Everything that was discussed with Canady basically went out the window when they sent me a quote and didn’t put any of our agreements on there. It’s comforting to say that Old Coast honors their word.
The day of install came and Mr. Roy sent out his best crew. Mr. Oscar and his crew were extremely detailed and professional. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic and staying true to their word in extremely high temperatures and unfavorable work conditions. It went from extremely hot, to pouring rain and not once did they try to rush through their job to leave in a hurry. Once complete, Mr. Oscar took his time to walk me through the house and explain the work that had been done. He didn’t try to sell me on anymore bells and whistles or try to make it a job to where I would have to pay for services later. They kept my daughter’s room clean when installing a vent and the attic when they left. I felt extremely comfortable with them working in my garage when nobody was home.
Making a big purchase like this was extremely nerve wracking. But with Mr. Roy and Mr. Oscar, this was a pleasant and smooth experience. I cannot thank them enough and look forward to seeing them again for preventative maintenance checks.
No this was not paid for. I was super pissed about how Canaday tried to play me when looking to buy a unit and wanted to know explain why you should go with Old Coast.

AC stopped cooling through the night… sent in a email message about problem and need for service. From setting up appointment with Wendy who was very helpful and explained how the customer service worked by being put on the list. The communication with text messages and letting me know that I was coming up for service…
To Kyle’s greetings at the door and Peyton (Better than any new Rookie!!) I don’t know how it gets any better service than what I received! It’s always about the customers experience… and Old Coast Heating and Air Conditioning and your team delivered “5”Stars ? And your colorful uniforms and vans… spot on!

Great communication as always. Thanks for recommending a vital part to replace on my AC unit- the work was promptly completed and the technician sent photos showing everything completed.

Kyle was amazing. Great people skills and technical skills. He spoke with my daughter who designs commercial refrigeration on speaker phone to help me know my best options. He was informative and on task the entire time here.

Great communication and scheduling was exactly was owner described. Technician was polite and explained everything he was going to replace on our cold plunge. Plunge now works better than it did new out the box.

Old Coast provided great service. Andrew and Chris were great to work with. They listened to my concerns and scheduled someone to come out the same week. Hector came out to do the repair. He was professional and efficient. Everything was up and running in a timely manner.

Great Service! Old Coast was able to make the repair the same day we called. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent information regarding the condition of our very old Goodman HVAC system. He had all the necessary parts to make the repair on his truck
