Sales process was fine. Set date & time for the 20 termite service. We selected drilling in chemicals rather than boxes around the house.
Technicians arrived at 10:30 for a 1pm service which was confirmed twice the latest being day before service! We were on our way out but luckily got delayed or we would have missed them. Then I’m sure they wouldn’t have shown up at our 1pm appointment. They were supposed to call when on the way which obviously didn’t happen.
Took them 2.5 hours which was fine.
After walking yard next day we found drilling debris thrown in flower bed under bushes. It wasn’t a great deal but white concrete cutting show up in dark beds. They could have easily thrown in our garbage can or just haul away as part of cleanup.
I am very pleased with the service I received. Mark is an excellent technician. He is professional, prompt, and very thorough. I am grateful for the reminder messages that I receive to remind me when my next service is due. I have not had any problems with pests in my home/business as before. Mark is very knowledgeable and exhibits great pride and patience in the service he provides. My home is surrounded by trees and an abandoned house, and I still have no problems with pest or rodents. We purchased a new home and realized we had an issue with spiders inside the house. Our realtor recommended Yates Astro so I gave them a call. The service from Kathryn over the phone was friendly and informative. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Our technician, Mike was great. He arrived early, explained everything he was going to do and treated the house inside and out. I signed a service contract and was happy to know Mike would be our regular technician. I'm very pleased with the service provided and highly recommend Yates Astro.

The Yates - Astro technician Marcus. Is very professional and pleasant to work with. He does a outstanding job, inside and outside, of my home, when he sprays bi monthly. He answers all questions and concerns. I'm very grateful for the service he provides. Thank you.

I'm not sure if this is the correct location to review, but I wanted to give Betty from billing/termites a HUGE shout out. She was so polite and courteous in assisting me today. She walked me through the details of my issue and resolved them quickly! I greatly appreciate her taking the time to explain it to me and working with me on a resolution!

Our first experience with Yates-Astro has been great from start to finish! The receptionist, Betty, was so polite and helpful! She got us set up real quick and had our technician out a few days later! Courtney, our technician, did a wonderful job! He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Quick and easy first visit. 10/10 would recommend!
