Swan provided outstanding customer service, for exceeded my expectations. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. He fixed the immediate problem, identified related issues do that he was able to take care of potential problems due to poor water quality, thus avoiding unexpected repair problems for the near future. Atlanta Star Plumbing has consistently provided exceptional service to me for a number of years, and today was another example. Ewanrepresents your company extremely well and I hope he will be recognized and rewarded.
I really appreciated the unselfish service. I needed a technician to look at an issue that our home inspector brought up before we buy this new house. The ATL Star Plumbing technician (James) came in, looked everything over and instead of making somthing up and using scare tactics to get a job where no job was needed. He happily explained how everything was fine and how there was nothing to worry about. He was on time for the meet up. He was very kind, respectfull and patient with me. He left no messes and even took the time out of his day to show me a few extra things unrelated to the original reason for the call. Thank you Atlanta Star Plumbing!

The service provider called to let me know he would be coming. He called again when he was 5 min away. Upon arrival he assessed the problem and got to work. Upon completion he asked if I had questions. I really appreciated his service.

I have a phone malfunction of my washing machine where the water would not quit blowing and called STAR PLUMBING very early in the morning.
Britt, the owner, came in a hurry and helped me figure out what to do about mitigating the flood. Nice guy, knows his business, and, as an older person, I did not feel taken advantage of. I will certainly do business with them in the future.

Not only was every member of the team positive a knowledgeable. They were also experienced and polite. I couldn't ask .are out of a plumbing service company. Thank you for all that you do. Well worth the time and money!

Justin was very professional and kept me addressed on his expected time of arrival throughout the afternoon. My water faucet project was handled without a problem. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing any plumbing work done!

I had a great initial experience with Joy, their inside customer service representative. She scheduled me much quicker than expected. Our sump pump issue was solved in less than 3 hours after my initial call. Plumbing services aren't cheap these days, but their pricing was in range for the services rendered. I will definitely call them again if we have a plumbing issue.

I called on a Saturday to service my bathroom. I chose Atlanta Star Plumbing since it had a really rating and reviews. Britt helped me on the phone and came over within an hour. He was very professional and got the job done. Price was fair and I will use them again in the future. So happy to find an honest and professional plumber.

Justin was an excellent technician. He answered my questions and kept me informed on what he was doing. As a business owner having an issue with my office toilet, I felt very taken care of. Even in the midst of having clients, he was very professional. He was incredibly kind and had a great attitude. Thank you, Justin!
