Anthony was available earlier than the scheduled appointment, and he called to request if he could come on - that was actually better for me and I said of course. He was very competent and professional, and very thoroughly explained everything to me. There was no charge for this visit which I appreciated. I have another appointment next week for a different issue (today was for a plumbing issue, next week is for a septic tank issue), and I'm looking forward to a similarly pleasant experience.
I cannot rave enough about the amazing experience that I just had with my water heater. To have someone that is knowledgeable about what they are doing and can break it down in terms that you can understand is amazing! I will definitely contact him again for his service. Delta, the Educated Plumber came out same day to address my plumbing issues. Their associates were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They identified the problem swiftly and got everything repaired in a timely manner. A+ service.

Brett and his assistant explained how the septic system operates since this is our first time owning one and he made us feel comfortable. He advised on what not to put into this system to assure that it will last and operate efficiently w/o no problems in the future. We are very happy with his & assistance performance and professionalism. We will recommend your services to others.

Dylan and crew were great! Dylan explained everything and they took care of an inlet condition in a timely manner. The cost was not cheap but I will be worry free going forward!

Delta The educated Plumber did a HORRIFIC job at my house! My home was built in 1990 and had polybutylene so all plumbing needed replacement. I THOUGHT they were a good choice, but AFTER the repairs I found myself EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. They told me I'd have to patch the holes they needed for running lines, but I had NO IDEA they'd LEAVE HUGE HOLES EVERYWHERE! Not only that but one of their people STEPPED off the beam and THROUGH MY CEILING damaging almost the full length of my hallway. It will cost me $1,100 JUST to replace that LARGE ceiling area and blend with the rest of the ceiling and I'm still paying room by room to have the HUGE holes in my walls sheetrock over and PAINTING all these PATCHES IS GOING TO COST EVEN MORE.
They said they could not put the front outdoor faucet where it logically was and PLACED a FAUCET RIGHT AT MY FRONT DOOR! It's a muddy mess having my water source for gardening 12" from my main entry! ALSO when I torn on my COLD water - it RUNS HOT for AT LEAST 3 minutes! I turn on the faucet for dog water and then take him out until the water runs cold enough to drink - same for me when I brush my teeth every morning. I have to remember to open a faucet LONG before I need to rinse. On top of that I found later I was SERIOUSLY OVERCHARED at $6,400 (and I def have a MIN of $2,500 to FIX COSMETICS and heat/ac loss from the celling hole. ALL to TRY and bring my home back to livable after they botched my home. I didn't want to pay them that full amount with all the damages, sub-par repairs and oddly placed faucet. PLEASE BE VERY WEARY OF DELTA THE EDIUCATED PLUMBER. I thought I could rely on hem because they're well established and I saw some good reviews. I came to Atlanta HOMELESS at 22 and BOUGHT THIS HOME by 25. At 55 it is STILL my ONLY ASSET and it's HOME so I do my very best to take care of it. I trusted Delta and they betrayed me, They DID NOT CARE about me or my home and it will take me YEARS to really fix what they slapped together with a MINIMUM OF CONCERN - only DEMANDS for their OVERCHARGED amount and all the repairs they left me did not bother them at all. This is my WORST repair choice EVER.

My experience with Anthony was awesome! He was very professional and polite. All of my questions were answered explicitly. I look forward to doing business with this technician and Delta Plumbing again. And Please note, the initial welcoming telephone voice lead me to making the decision to move forward with repairs today.

My septic system was backing up into the house and would worsen when it rained. Called Delta Plumbing, discovered the tank had never been pumped since it was installed by previous owners, and my drain field was almost non-existent. Installing a drain field was a huge expense to bare along with other simultaneous unrelated critical home repairs. A huge thank you to Travis for resolving my septic issues, working within my financial time frame, providing solid recommendations, and educating me along the way. I will definitely call Deltabthe Educated Plumber in the future.
