Denise was very helpful! They were able to get an estimate to me in a reasonable time although we decided to use someone else. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work on our project.
Wonderful Experience! The technicians were courteous, and obviously knew what they were doing. They installed a defective window. They were respectful to us and our belongs and obviously knew what they were doing. We enjoyed having them here! And my window area is beautiful again!

Denise was great in the overall initial coordination as well as the timing for the custom window install. Rick and Aaron are artisans and the craftsmanship really showed in their installation and finished product.

Wow! I used this company's service today to repair a window broken by my grandchildren, and I am immensely satisfied. The repairman was punctual, very professional, quick and efficient. There was no price haggling or price gouging. I will be using them again and again.

Would give no star had it been an option. Very unprofessional. We called on a Monday for a estimate. They agreed to do the work Friday and asked for a $50 deposit. We paid the whole bill upfront. They never came out on Friday, My husband called them all day and they refused to answer his calls. I called from my cell (out of state #) and they answered. We were told the tech was stuck at a job somewhere else and they asked if we wanted to reschedule. We told them that we'd sat in the house all day waiting for them and we were willing to wait for the tech. They said he'd come after he finished his job but he never showed. Do not waste your money. They are very unprofessional. Paid in full and still no window.

We met with the contractor in mid September regarding repairs needed on our condo. We discussed repairing the issue in steps to determine where our leak is coming from. We discussed him providing us with two estimates for the 1st and 2nd steps with the potential of skipping the 1st step. He took a few days and me calling the office, but he then provided me an estimate for the 2nd step only. I made several phone calls over the course of the week to get invoice for the 1st step. He then said he thought it over and recommends we skip the 1st step. Ok, great. I contacted him again to expand the job to the attached condo. I made several calls and finally approximately a week later received a call from the receptionist, apologetic but stated if we needed anything further, she will call us back. NOTHING!!!! I finally left about 6 messages to schedule the job and finally received a call today stating they are not taking any more clients other then those they have. I wish they could've picked up the phone and told me. We wasted a month thinking they would do the work. Now we are back at square one.
I recommend you don't use them due to their disorganization, failure to respond to call or respond to calls, which could be an issue once the job has started. You will waste a lot of time and effort getting them to follow through.
